Claims (6)
- Zündkerzenstecker für einen Verbrennungsmotormit einem Steckkontakt (28) für den Elektrodenanschluß einer Zündkerze,mit einer den Steckkontakt (28) umhüllenden Steckerhülse (3),mit einem Anschluß (32) für ein Zündkabel,mit einer einteiligen, steifen und tragenden Steckerhülse (3) aus einen isolierenden Werkstoff undmit einem an der Steckerhülse (3) befestigten elastischen Mittel (20), das den Spalt (22) zwischen der Steckerhülse und einem Kerzenschacht eines Motorzylinders abdichtet und durch das der Zündkerzenstecker in dem Kerzenschacht geführt ist,mit einem an der Steckerhülse befestigten elastischen Mittel (17), das den Spalt zwischen der Steckerhülse (3) und dem Keramikschaft der Zündkerze abdichtet,mit einem in der Steckerhülse (3) vorgesehenen Keramikinlet (7), das den Steckkontakt (28) und den Zündkabelanschluß (32) umschließt, wobei der Steckkontakt (28) und der Zündkabelanschluß (32) derart im Keramikinlet (7) eingebettet sind, daß die Keramik in axialer Richtung über den Steckkontakt (28) und den Anschluß (32) für das Zündkabel übersteht,a) die Steckerhülse (3) weist im Aufnahmebereich des Keramikinlets (7) mehrere Schultern (6,8,9,14) auf, in deren Bereichen (11,12) das Keramikinlet (7) und das Hülsenmaterial der Steckerhülse (3) ringsherum formschlüssig aneinander anliegen,b) der Werkstoff der Steckerhülse (3) weist einen hohen Schmelzpunkt und eine hohe Spannungsfestigkeit auf, die denen des Polytetrafluorethylen (PTFE) entsprechen.
- Zündkerzenstecker nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Keramikinlet (7) mit seinen axialen Enden in Berührungsbereichen der Schultern (6,14) in axialer Richtung formschlüssig mit der das Keramikinlet (7) umschließenden Steckerhülse (3) in Berührung ist.
- Zündkerzenstecker nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mantelfläche (10) des Keramikinlets (7) über die Mantelflächenlänge hinweg in auf Abstand vorgesehenen, ringförmigen Berührungsbereichen (11,12) radial formschlüssig mit der sie umschließenden Steckerhülse (3) in Berührung ist.
- Zündkerzenstecker nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle elektrisch leitenden Bauteile extrem rund gehalten sind.
- Zündkerzenstecker nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steckerhülse (3) außenseitig mit einem O-Ring (20) versehen ist, der den Luftspalt (22) zwischen der Außenseite der Steckerhülse (3) und der Wand (24) des Kerzenschachtes (21) schließt, wobei sich in Längsrichtung der Steckerhülse (3) zwischen deren Außenmantel und dem O-Ring (20) Lüftungsschlitze (26) erstrecken.
- Zündkerzenstecker nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5. dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß alle Bauteile, wie Steckerhülse (3), Keramikinlet (7), Abdichtungen (20,17), Steckkontakt (28), Zündkabel (33) u. dgl., soweit wie es möglich ist, mit einem Silikonmantel (34) versehen sind.
