Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- Zündeinrichtung für eine Brennkraftmaschine mit einer Zündspule mit Primär- und Sekundärwicklung und Spulenkern und einer Zündkerze mit Zündkerzenkörper und Isolator, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zündspule und die Zündkerze zu einem Bauteil fest miteinander verbunden sind.
- Zündeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Isolator der Zündkerze zum Gehäuse der Zündspule verlängert ist, in dem die Primär- und Sekundärwicklung und den Spulenkern aufgenommen sind.
- Zündeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Isolator der Zündkerze zum Sekundärspulenkörper der Zündspule verlängert ist, in dem der Zündspulenkern aufgenommen ist.
- Zündeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zündkerzenkörper mit einem metallischen Mantel die äußere Hülle der Zündspule bildet.
- Zündeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß brennraumseitig ein Einschraubgewinde und motorraumseitig eine Einschraubeinrichtung vorgesehen sind.
- Zündeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß brennraumseitig eine die Elektrodenlage fixierende Dichteinrichtung ausgebildet ist und motorraumseitig eine Einschraubvorrichtung vorgesehen ist.
- Zündeinrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Elektrodenkonfiguration der Zündkerze brennraumseitig auf der Zündspule so abgestimmt ist, daß eine Lebenserwartung von mehr als 200.000 km sichergestellt ist.
- Zündeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Funkenstreckenelektroden der Zündkerze mit einem Edelmetall wie z.B. Platium, Iridium usw. armiert sind.
- Zündeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Fußspitze des Isolators Gleitfunkenstrecken ausgebildet sind.
