Description
Claims (7)
- Straßenmarkierungsmaschine mit mindestens einer Spritzpistole (113) für pumpbaren Markierungsstoff und einer Kombination von zwei Verdrängerpumpen zur dosierbaren Zuführung des Markierungsstoffes zu der mindestens einen Spritzpistole (113), wobei die Kombination der zwei Verdrängerpumpen (1a,1b) proportional zu der Fahrgeschwindigkeit der Straßenmarkierungsmaschine angetrieben ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Pumpen (1a,1b) jeweils nach dem Start ihres positiven Verdrängungsvorgangs, der während des Fördervorganges der jeweils anderen Verdrängerpumpe beginnt, den Markierungsstoff bei geschlossenem Ausgangsventil (7a,7b) auf einen Druck nahe oder gleich dem Förderdruck der gerade fördernden Verdrängerpumpe vorkomprimieren, dann unter Beibehaltung des erreichten Vorkompressions-Enddruckes zum Stillstand kommen und den Verdrängungsvorgang mit einer Förderung des Markierungsstoffes erst dann fortsetzen, wenn die jeweils andere Verdrängerpumpe ihre Förderung beendet. - Straßenmarkierungsmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verdränger der beiden Pumpen (1a,1b) wirkungsmäßig mit antreibenden Hydraulikzylindern (4a,4b) verbunden sind. - Straßenmarkierungsmaschine nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jeder Hydraulikzylinder (4a,4b) mit einem Druckregler (14a,14b) verbunden ist, der einen Schieber (26a) mit einer wirksamen Fläche A1 aufweist, die von dem Öldruck des den Druckhub bewirkenden Hydraulikzylinders (4a,4b) der jeweils anderen Verdrängerpumpe beaufschlagt ist, wobei der Schieber (26a) einen Schließkörper (27a) aufweist, der auf eine Öffnung (28a) mit einem Querschnitt A2 drückt, wobei in der geschlossenen Stellung des Schließkörpers der Querschnitt A2 unter dem Druck des den Druckhub bewirkenden Hydraulikzylinders (4a,4b) der jeweils anderen Verdrängerpumpe (1a,1b) steht, wobei in der geöffneten Stellung des Schließkörpers (27a) der Querschnitt A2 unter einem Druck steht, der durch das Flächenverhältnis A1 zu A2 und den Druck auf die Fläche A1 bestimmt ist, und daß die geöffnete Stellung des Schließkörpers (27a) durch ein Signal eines die Position eines Hydraulikkolbens (3a,3b) aufspürenden Schalters (20a,20b) in die geschlossene Stellung schaltbar ist. - Straßenmarkierungsmaschine nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckregler (14a, 14b) einen durch ein Druckmedium beaufschlagbaren Kolben (32a) aufweist, der über eine auf die Fläche A1 des Schiebers (26a) wirkende Kolbenstange (33a) auf den Schieber (26a) drückt. - Straßenmarkierungsmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei geschlossener Spritzpistole (113) der Ölstrom für den Hydraulikzylinder (4a bzw. 4b) der die Farbe in der Leitung (8) mit Förderdruck beaufschlagende Pumpe (1a bzw. 1b) durch ein 2/2-Wege-Ventil und eine Drossel abfließt. - Straßenmarkierungsmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Drosseln (111a, 111b) einstellbar sind. - Straßenmarkierungsmaschine nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein von der Drossel (111a, 111b) erzeugter Gegendruck abhängt von der Größe des zur Fahrgeschwindigkeit proportionalen Ölstroms.
