Definitions
- the invention relates to a receiving and insert part for the joint transport and, if necessary, storage of photo negatives and photos stored in cassettes Inclusion in an outer packaging serving as transport packaging, with a cassette take-up loop and one associated photo recording compartment made of flat packaging material.
- This system will be developed after the photo negatives in a cassette, preferably in the original film cassette for the exposed film. This means that the photo negatives can no longer be in one flat bag to the photos in an outer packaging for the Return transport from the photo laboratory to the customer. Rather, the comparatively bulky cassette has to be removed Plastic or similar material in the same outer packaging along with the stack of the flat one on top of the other Photos will be sent.
- the receiving and insert part like a Form the spine of the cardboard, after opening it of the front cover on one inside is a photo storage compartment and one on the opposite inside of the lid Cassette holder and a pocket for the so-called index print becomes accessible.
- the cassette take-up loop has two viewing windows distributed over the circumference of the cassette as wide as the storage case is long. Hereby should the inserted storage cassette on one Slipping out in or against the direction of insertion prevented become. This design of the cassette take-up loop makes it more difficult, however, to take the Storage cassette from the cassette holder loop.
- a cassette pick-up loop is along a narrow side in an arrangement protruding beyond the narrow side integrated.
- the cassette take-up loop is substantial wider than the length of the storage box and with slots arranged at right angles to the direction of insertion provided, the distance between the length of the storage cassette corresponds.
- the right and left of the slots extending Loop parts are grooved in the direction of insertion provided that a buckling of the two concerned Loop areas when the storage cassette is inserted allow and thereby stops against moving the Form storage cassette.
- the removal of the storage cassette requires two adjacent ones Loop parts on a larger circumferential length in alignment bring together. This requires some skill.
- the photographs can be essentially unimpeded slide back and forth on the receiving and insert part and are only secured by a bag-shaped outer packaging.
- the can also serve as transport packaging if necessary Cardboard blank folded into book shape and attached to one of the One-piece lid inside with a photo compartment which, in an embodiment available on the market, on its opening of the "book cover" visible outer surface a film pocket for carries the index print.
- the pocket-shaped closed on three sides Photo compartment has two separate ones Areas whose separation by a pocket integrated cassette holder loop.
- the Cassette pick-up loop is inside this pocket, d. H. from the outside and even when opening the "book cover", arranged hidden and only by a small one Viewing window recognizable.
- This arrangement of the cassette take-up loop not only has a material-consuming cut of sheet-like cardboard material, but also requires a relatively complicated folding and gluing process in the preparation of. It also forms the cassette take-up loop a shorter and a longer gusset area inside the pocket. In these gusset areas can pinch the photos so that when they are inserted or their removal there is a risk of kinking them. On Removing the cassette is particularly difficult here because the cassette pick-up loop is closed at one end is.
- the invention achieves, on the one hand, that the photos protected by the panel at least on the flat back be and that the transport packaging through the photo-recording panel protected against the risk of the photos buckling the photos through the two opposite Boundary boundaries of the photo recording panel against sliding back and forth and rubbing against each other to a large extent to be protected. Nevertheless, the thickness of the transport packaging remains essentially the thickness of the photo negative storage cassette (plus twice the material thickness the attachment loop and the wall thickness of the outer packaging) limited. Since the stack of photos is a certain one Has stack height, which may only be insignificant from the flattest dimension of the storage cassette for the photo negatives is the thickness this transport packaging to the absolute minimum despite sufficient transport protection is limited.
- the width of the receiving and insert part and thus essentially the Width of the transport packaging on the greatest edge length restrict the photos.
- the short pages of the photos nearby edge zones of the photo recording panel are therefore - preferably - not over the greatest photo edge length or at most only slightly above. A special border in principle it is possible at these two edge zones usually without the risk for the photos.
- the photos in all photo formats are generally the same, it is recommended that this be the first boundary of the photo recording panel serving photo recording compartment and that as the second boundary of the first boundary opposite cassette take-up loop the broadsides of the photo-taking tableau, respectively Arrange photos.
- the photos are between the photo compartment on the one hand and the cassette receiving loop on the other hand immobilized in the lateral movement and can hardly be damaged.
- the length of the photo-taking table essentially the length of the long side of the panorama photos while its width is hardly larger than the width of the photos plus the second smallest dimension of the storage cassette is dimensioned for the photo negatives.
- the done subtracted photos are to some extent to each other stored non-slip in the receiving and insert and the comparatively hard storage cassette for the photo negatives is immobilized in the cassette holder and surrounded by packaging material that an injury the photos during transport through the storage cassette is prevented.
- Such a receiving and insert part can otherwise also for archiving the photo negatives and the associated ones Photos can be used to save space and protect well.
- the receiving and insert parts according to the invention can be optimized in different ways: So that the recording and Insert part fits tightly in an outer packaging and kinking the transport packaging into that of the storage cassette and the zones adjacent to the photos, which are otherwise to remain unused, to minimize, it is proposed that the photo recording panel on both sides of the cassette recording loops Has tabs that over the second boundary line protrude so that they the cassette take-up loop into an outer, preferably Roughly rectangular circumference of the photo recording panel to include. This eliminates the significant format differences the storage cartridges on the one hand and the photos on the other hand, taken into account.
- the depth of the photo storage compartment can be chosen by the customer vary, so be particularly small if greatest cost savings in the foreground, or particularly large be when the greatest protection of the photos is in the foreground.
- the photo-recording panel is designed in two layers and the two layers of material at the second boundary having edge zone, in particular in one piece, with one another are connected can be achieved in that the Tableau surface becomes comparatively rigid, while the have only relatively small wall thicknesses at both edge boundaries can and especially in the third dimension can be easily moved into it.
- This makes it easier both erecting the cassette receiving loop into the Cassette recording position as well as adjusting the thickness the first boundary to the one that arises in individual cases Stack height of photos. So much for the two layers of material are integrally connected to each other, the recording and insert from a one-piece blank, z. B. from Cardboard material can be produced without a significant Waste or extreme material dimensions required become.
- the lid is preferred on the one opposite the first boundary Side, d. H. at the second edge boundary Edge zone, with the photo-taking tableau, preferably in one piece, connected.
- the receiving and insert part can also in this one-piece design by folding and edging be made when the photo-taking panel is in one piece is executed.
- a passage window in the lid allows the full or partial passage of the erected Cassette take-up loop through the in its closed position lid.
- Stop elements for the ends of the cassette, opposite each other on the photo-taking panel are arranged.
- the stop elements are preferred approximately parallel, in particular immediately adjacent the opposite longitudinal edges of the cassette take-up loop arranged progressively.
- stop elements two approximately parallel, in particular immediately adjacent to the opposite longitudinal edges of the cassette take-up loop trending in the photo-taking tableau form incorporated slots.
- the one between the slots bends from the Cassette at least partially covered area at least slightly through and each facing the slots subsequent photo recording tableau areas protrude beyond Internal cross section of the cassette receiving loop, so that the Cassette is locked against slipping out.
- the cassette take-up loop preferably consists of one that forms or contributes to the photo recording panel Material layer, so that the receiving and insert part are one-piece achieved with the least possible material waste can be.
- the cassette receiving loop has, particularly preferably, at least three scoring, grooving or scoring lines, which approximately parallel to an insertion direction of the cassettes the cassette take-up loop runs and ingestion a polygonal cross-sectional shape of the cassette take-up loop when opening the cassette holder in allow their cassette recording position.
- a receiving and insert part 10 consists of a one-piece essentially rectangular blank made of cardboard material, as can be seen in Fig. 1 as a plan view. It has one of planar sub-layers 12A and 12B which a crease line 12C connected in one piece are, existing photo recording panel 12. The sub-layers 12A and 12B are along after a 180 ° flip the crease line 12C on their contact surfaces preferably using an adhesive to form a reasonably rigid panels connected together.
- the photo recording panel 12 has on its two long sides Limits 14 and 16 respectively.
- the for the Taking pictures of usable tableau is by a first boundary line 18 and opposite through a second boundary line 20 (FIG. 2) delimits. there the second edge boundary line 20 only results from the folding of the blank of FIG. 1 and gluing of Contact surfaces to the finished receiving and insert part according to Fig. 2.
- the first boundary 14 consists in this respect preferred embodiment from one to the first Edge boundary line 20 parallel, through scoring lines 22nd structured material strips 24, which also along the formed as a scoring line first boundary line 18 first bent upwards by about 90 ° from the tableau level and then along one or more of the score lines 22 by a total of about another 90 ° to form a Photo receiving compartment 40 is bent or kinked.
- the allow multiple scoring lines 22 parallel to each other a close adjustment of the photo recording compartment to the height of the to keep or transport stacks of photos as exemplified in Fig. 3.
- the width of material strip 24 is directed as in the general Description mentioned, after whether minimal material consumption or maximum protection of the photos or a mixture is in the foreground of both.
- the material strip 24 is not significantly wider than that widest photo or the usable width of the photo recording panel.
- the second boundary 20 is therefore only in exceptional cases from the material strip turned over by 180 ° 24 covered, e.g. B. if the resulting Increase the maximum thickness of the recording and Insert is unproblematic.
- corner areas removed from the first boundary line 18 of material strip 24 are preferably clear rounded to cant or catch under all circumstances avoid these corners with the outer packaging.
- the opposite corners of the sub-layer 12B of the photo-taking panel 12 are rounded, albeit slightly or bevelled to avoid any misalignment this partial area 12B and gluing to the partial area 12A to prevent a protruding side of the panel Interlocking edge results.
- the second boundary will be 16 as a cassette take-up loop 15 thereby produced that in the connection area between the sub-layers 12A and 12B of the photo-taking panel 12 along of the solid lines which can be seen particularly well in FIG. 1 a strip of material in the form of a tab 26 on three Edges is punched out while it is on its fourth edge 16A remains connected to sub-layer 12A and only can be bent in a defined manner by means of scoring or scoring.
- To the fourth edge 16A has parallel scoring or scoring lines 16B, 16C and 16D allow that by punching formed tab 26 to a symmetrical polygon kink and tab end surface 26A with sublayer 12A to glue. This gluing and the arrangement of the creasing or scoring lines 16A to 16D is done in such a way that the tab 26 flat when not in use in the tableau level can be swung in.
- the cassette pick-up loop consists of how special Fig. 4 can be seen in the illustrated preferred so far Embodiment of four sub-areas, one of which lies in the tableau level and from the one in use lower sub-layer 12A is formed.
- This arrangement results in the photo-taking panel 12 beyond the second boundary line 20 tableau projections 11 and 13 forms between which the cassette receiving tab is arranged.
- the width of these protrusions can be freely, especially regardless of the circumference of the cassette receiving tab to get voted.
- Width W selected so that when the cassette holder loop is upright the outer edge of the tableau (crease line 12C) protrudes laterally beyond the fourth edge 16A such that that is the outer limit of the erected cassette receiving loop over the outer circumferential line (crease line 12C) does not protrude. This is particularly evident in FIGS. 3 and 4 can be seen.
- the length L of the cassette take-up loop in the cassette insertion and removal direction D is preferably also as long as the length of the storage cassette 30 or at most slightly larger. This will make both a safe Fixation of the storage cassette as well as a simple one Removal easier.
- forms namely Photo recording tableau 12 in the area of the punching for the tab 26 is a mutual stop element for the Storage cassette 30 in the form of the on the sub-layer 12B sub-layer stages 28 (see FIGS. 3 and 4).
- the position of the cassette receiving loop is about in the middle of the long edge (Broadside) of the photo recording panel 12 shown; it but is easily possible to move this position towards to shift to one of the two narrow sides, whereby both tableau projections 11 and 13 then of course in different Preserve lengths. It is also possible, too several, e.g. B. two or three, cassette receiving loops to be provided along the length of the panel. These are then in the constructed essentially the same and in the cassette insertion and removal direction D, preferably laterally from each other spaced.
- Figs. 5 to 8 is in Fig. 1 to 4 corresponding representation a second embodiment of an inventive Receiving and insert part 10 shown.
- the functionally corresponding parts of this embodiment are provided with the same reference numerals. So far based on the description of the first embodiment 1 to 4 referenced.
- one second sub-layer is not provided, instead the only layer of the photo recording panel 12 on creasing lines 12C and 12D angled twice by approximately 90 °.
- the Extension therefore forms a cover 41 which is at a distance to the photo recording panel 12 runs.
- the Width B of the material strip 43 thus corresponds to the width of the photo recording panel 12.
- the material strip 43 covers the side facing away from the photo recording panel 12 of a photo stack almost completely, so that the photos in front Pollution are protected particularly effectively.
- the side flaps are 44 with their end faces 44A / B (Fig. 5) with the Back of the photo recording panel 12 - for example by gluing - connected so that the photo-taking tableau 12 together with the material strip 43 and the Side tabs 44 towards the cassette receiving loop 15 forms open pocket, which in this embodiment as Photo recording compartment is used.
- FIGS. 4 to 8 of an inventive Recording and insert part 10 stands out especially from the fact that the photos all around in front of a Slipping out are secured. This allows the use of packaging that is open on one side, such as commercially available transport bags.
- cover 41 only has a single crease line 12C connected to the photo-taking panel 12 and the edge thus formed over the upright Cassette pick-up loop no longer much to the side protrudes.
- the tab 26 has lateral stiffening surfaces Obtained 26D and 26E.
- the further peculiarity in this third embodiment consists in an approximately U-shaped stamping line 45 in the Photo recording panel 12, which is immediately below the Cassette receiving loop 15 is provided and the tab longitudinal edges 26B / 26C and the tab end surface 26A surrounds and ends at the crease line 12C.
- the cassette receiving loop 15 pivot around the line 12C with the lid 41 open (see the curved double arrow R in Fig. 9) and an extremely large index print 36 or other storage items, which is a longer narrow side than the ones to be kept Has photos below that through the die cut line 45 resulting tab, d. H. under the cassette holder 15 to push.
- this for example for over-wide index prints
- the (fifth) embodiment represents that a modification of the embodiment of Figures 5 to 9 represents that the side tabs 44 on the back of the photo-taking panel 12 not just an area for gluing with the bottom of the photo recording panel 12 but have receiving slots towards their free ends 44D for picking up and holding oversized index prints 36 or the like.
- FIG. 11 represents one on the Basic principle of the first embodiment (according to FIG. 1 to 4) based embodiment and consequently only with regard to its differences from the first embodiment explained in more detail:
- this fifth embodiment is the material strip 24 so wide that it is in the shown closed position of use, the entire photo recording panel 12 including the edge strip W so almost completely covered. This provides full protection for the Photos reached.
- the strip of material has on its free longitudinal edge 24 a window-like recess 24A, whose cut is chosen so that the upright cassette receiving loop 15 finds complete space in it.
- the two side leg edges of the window recess 24A thus extend transversely to the cassette insertion and -Discharge direction D and are in the top Half of the picture shown closed position in front of the open insertion or removal ends of the cassette take-up loop 15. This will greatly improve Position fixation for an inserted storage cassette reached. After opening the material strip 24 (see curved double arrow S) thus becomes an essential part the position securing for the storage cassette 30 removed, so that only the sub-level 28 the storage cassette slipping out of the cassette storage loop 15 prevents. This means that at easy removal of the storage cassette 15 an extremely safe immobilization of the same during the transport and storage of the reception and Insert 10 reached.
- the Cassette take-up loop 15 in the erected state has an approximately rectangular cross section, which is shown in FIG. 11 it can be seen that the edges 16A and 16B and 16C and 16D coincide in plan view.
- Another special feature of this embodiment consists in a side tab 44, which on a narrow side the photo recording panel 12 provided and with the Sub-layer 12A is connected in one piece, with crease lines 44C a height adjustment to the photo stack to be inserted allowed.
- the side flap 44 it is sufficient for the side flap 44 to be provided only on one side.
- the rigidity of the receiving and insert 10 so greatly increased that sublayer 12B is not the full width of the photo recording panel.
- the free edge of the Sub-layer 12B approximately in the middle of the table.
