- la figure 2 représente une vue schématique en coupe partielle d'une variante de réalisation d'un distributeur de produit fluide selon l'invention,
- la figure 3 représente une vue schématique partielle de face, représentant plus particulièrement la sécurité de premier usage, selon la présente invention,
- la figure 4 est une vue similaire à celle de la figure 2 et représente une autre variante de réalisation de l'invention,
- la figure 4a est une vue similaire à celle de la figure 1 représentant encore une autre variante de réalisation de l'invention,
- la figure 5 représente une vue schématique d'ensemble représentant le dispositif de distributeur selon la présente invention, dans sa position de blocage,
- la figure 6 représente une vue similaire à celle de la figure 4, dans la position d'utilisation du distributeur, et

Claims (12)
- Dispositif de distribution de produit fluide comprenant un récipient (1), un organe de distribution (2) et un organe d'actionnement (10) de l'organe de distribution (2) pour distribuer sélectivement ledit produit fluide, ledit organe d'actionnement (10) étant mobile entre une position de repos et une position d'actionnement de l'organe de distribution (2), et comportant une partie de corps (11) et une partie d'expulsion du produit (12) pourvue d'un orifice de sortie (13), ladite partie d'expulsion du produit (12) étant mobile par rapport à ladite partie de corps (11) entre une position de blocage, où elle empêche le déplacement de l'organe d'actionnement (10) vers sa position d'actionnement, et une position d'utilisation, où elle permet le déplacement de l'organe d'actionnement (10) vers sa position d'actionnement, caractérisé en ce que ladite partie d'expulsion du produit (12) comporte une languette (14), qui, dans la position de blocage, coopère avec un élément fixe par rapport au récipient (1) à travers une fente (15) ménagée dans ladite partie de corps (11), ladite fente (15) incorporant, avant la première utilisation du dispositif, au moins un pont de matière (16) agissant comme sécurité de premier usage et adapté à se casser lorsque ladite partie d'expulsion du produit (12) est déplacée pour la première fois de sa position de blocage vers sa position d'utilisation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ladite partie d'expulsion du produit (12) est mobile par rapport à ladite partie du corps (11), en rotation autour d'un axe perpendiculaire à la direction de déplacement dudit organe d'actionnement (10), ladite partie d'expulsion du produit (12) étant, dans sa position de blocage, sensiblement parallèle à ladite direction de déplacement de l'organe d'actionnement (10), et, dans sa position d'utilisation, sensiblement perpendiculaire à ladite direction de déplacement de l'organe d'actionnement (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite fente (15) s'étend des deux côtés de la languette (14) lorsque la partie d'expulsion de produit (12) est dans sa position de blocage, de sorte que ladite partie d'expulsion de produit (12) est déplaçable dans les deux sens vers une position d'utilisation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, dans lequel ladite fente (15) incorpore, avant la première utilisation du dispositif, un pont de matière (16) cassable de chaque côté de ladite languette (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, dans lequel ladite fente (15) s'étend d'un seul côté de la languette (14) lorsque la partie d'expulsion de produit (12) est dans sa position de blocage, ladite fente (15) incorporant sur ce côté, avant la première utilisation du dispositif, un pont de matière (16) cassable.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel, l'organe de distribution (2) est monté fixement sur ledit récipient (1) au moyen d'un élément de fixation (3), ladite languette (14), en position de blocage de ladite partie d'expulsion de produit (12), coopérant avec ledit élément de. fixation (3) pour empêcher le déplacement de l'organe d'actionnement (10) vers sa position d'actionnement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite partie de corps (11) comporte un organe de butée (18) qui coopère avec la partie d'expulsion de produit (12) lorsque celle-ci est dans sa position d'utilisation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la partie d'expulsion de produit (12) comporte une nervure (20) qui, dans sa position d'utilisation, coopère avec un plat (21) solidaire de ladite partie de corps (11), pour bloquer ladite partie d'expulsion de produit en position d'utilisation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ledit organe de distribution (2) est une pompe, ledit élément de fixation (3) est une bague de fixation et ledit organe d'actionnement (10) est un poussoir déplaçable axialement sur ladite pompe (2) et autour de ladite bague (3).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ledit organe de distribution (2) est une valve, ledit élément de fixation (3) est une bague de fixation et ledit organe d'actionnement (10) est un poussoir.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, dans lequel ledit poussoir (10) est déplaçable angulairement et comporte deux nervures internes (30, 31) en appui sur la bague (3), qui ensemble avec la languette (14), empêchent l'actionnement du poussoir (10) dans la position de blocage de la partie d'expulsion de produit (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ladite partie d'expulsion de produit (12) de l'organe d'actionnement (10) comporte un gicleur (19).
