Claims (13)
- Dispositif de distribution de produit fluide ou pulvérulent à actionnement manuel comportant un réservoir de produit (10), des moyens de distribution (20) pour distribuer sélectivement le produit contenu dans le réservoir (10), une tête de distribution (30) comportant un orifice de distribution (31), et un système d'actionnement (40) pour actionner manuellement lesdits moyens de distribution (20), le dispositif comportant un capot (50) déplaçable entre une position de repos, dans laquelle il recouvre l'orifice de distribution (31) et empêche l'actionnement des moyens de distribution (20), et une position d'utilisation, dans laquelle il découvre l'orifice de distribution (31) et permet l'actionnement des moyens de distribution (20), ledit capot (50) étant imperdable et indépendant du système d'actionnement (40), caractérisé en ce que ledit système d'actionnement (40) comporte un élément d'actionnement latéral (41).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel ledit dispositif comporte des moyens de blocage (60) des moyens de distribution (20) empêchant l'actionnement des moyens de distribution (20), ledit capot (50) déplaçant et/ou déformant lesdits moyens de blocage (60) lorsqu'il est déplacé vers sa position d'utilisation pour permettre l'actionnement des moyens de distribution (20).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, dans lequel lesdits moyens de blocage (60) sont des pattes élastiques (60) empêchant, en position de repos du capot (50), un déplacement axial relatif entre la tête de distribution (30) et le réservoir (10), lesdites pattes (60) étant déformées par le capot (50) en position d'utilisation.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit capot (50) comporte un corps (51) sensiblement cylindrique entourant la tête de distribution (30) en position de repos, et un couvercle (52) mobile par rapport audit corps (51), ledit couvercle (52) étant ouvert par l'utilisateur pour d'une part découvrir l'orifice de distribution (31), et d'autre part pour déplacer ledit capot (50) vers sa position d'utilisation.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
dans lequel ledit capot (50) se déplace axialement en translation et/ou en rotation par rapport à ladite tête de distribution (30). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1, dans lequel, en position de repos, ledit capot (50) recouvre le système d'actionnement (40), empêchant l'accès audit système d'actionnement (40).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, dans lequel ledit capot (50) comporte un corps (51) sensiblement cylindrique entourant, en position de repos, la tête de distribution (30) et le système d'actionnement (40), et un couvercle (52) mobile par rapport audit corps (51), ledit couvercle (52) s'ouvrant automatiquement pour découvrir l'orifice de distribution (31) lorsque l'utilisateur déplace ledit capot (50) vers sa position d'utilisation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, dans lequel ledit capot (50) se déplace en rotation autour de ladite tête de distribution (30) et autour dudit système d'actionnement (40), ladite rotation entraínant un déplacement axial dudit capot (50) par rapport à ladite tête de distribution (30).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel ledit capot (50) comporte une paroi latérale (53) recouvrant ledit élément d'actionnement latéral (41) en position de repos.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel lesdits moyens de distribution (20) sont réalisés sous la forme d'une pompe actionnée manuellement.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel lesdits moyens de distribution (20) comportent des moyens de pulvérisation piézoélectrique ou électrostatique, le dispositif comportant des moyens électroniques (70) pour permettre et/ou empêcher l'actionnement desdits moyens de distribution (20), lesdits moyens électroniques (70) étant activés et/ou désactivés par ledit capot (50).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, dans lequel des éléments de blocage (80) coopèrent avec le système d'actionnement (40), lesdits éléments de blocage (80) étant mobiles entre une position de blocage et une position de libération, et étant déplacés entre ces positions par lesdits moyens électroniques (70).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 12, dans lequel lesdits éléments de blocage sont des pattes (80) bloquant le bouton d'actionnement (41) du dispositif, lesdits moyens électroniques (70) comportant un contacteur (71) qui vient en contact avec le capot imperdable (50) lorsqu'il est en position d'utilisation, ledit contacteur (71) provoquant le déplacement desdites pattes (80) vers leur position de libération lorsqu'il est en contact avec ledit capot imperdable.
