Claims (12)

  1. Abgabevorrichtung für ein Fluid, die einen Behälter (1), ein Abgabeorgan (2) und ein Betätigungsorgan (10) für das Abgabeorgan (2) umfaßt, um wahlweise das Fluid abzugeben, wobei das Betätigungsorgan (10) zwischen einer Ruhelage und einer Betätigungsstellung für das Abgabeorgan (2) bewegbar ist und einen Körperteil (11) sowie einen Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt umfaßt, der mit einer Austrittsöffnung (13) versehen ist, wobei der Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt bezüglich des Körperteils (11) zwischen einer Blockierstellung, in der er eine Verschiebung des Betätigungsorgans (10) in dessen Betätigungsstellung verhindert, und einer Verwendungsstellung bewegbar ist, in der er eine Verschiebung des Betätigungsorgans (10) in dessen Betätigungsstellung ermöglicht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt eine Zunge (14) umfaßt, die in der Blockierstellung mit einem bezüglich des Behälters (1) festen Element durch einen Schlitz (15) hindurch zusammenarbeitet, der in dem Körperteil (11) vorgesehen ist, wobei der Schlitz (15) vor der ersten Verwendung der Vorrichtung wenigstens eine Materialbrücke (16) umfaßt, die als Sicherung hinsichtlich einer ersten Verwendung wirkt und geeignet ist, zu brechen, wenn der Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt das erste Mal aus seiner Blockierstellung in seine Verwendungsstellung verschoben wird.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt bezüglich des Körperteils (11) durch eine Drehung um eine zur Richtung der Verschiebung des Betätigungsorgans (10) senkrechte Achse drehbar ist, wobei der Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt sich in seiner Blockierstellung im wesentlichen parallel zur Verschieberichtung des Betätigungsorgans (10) und in seiner Verwendungsstellung im wesentlichen senkrecht zu dieser Verschieberichtung des Betätigungsorgans (10) erstreckt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der sich der Schlitz (15) auf beiden Seiten der Zunge (14) erstreckt, wenn sich der Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt in seiner Blockierstellung befindet, derart, daß der Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt in beiden Richtungen in eine Verwendungsstellung verschiebbar ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, bei der der Schlitz (15) vor der ersten Verwendung der Vorrichtung auf beiden Seiten der Zunge (14) eine Materialbrücke (16) umfaßt, die gebrochen werden kann.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der sich der Schlitz (15) nur auf einer Seite der Zunge (14) erstreckt, wenn sich der Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt in seiner Blockierstellung befindet, wobei der Schlitz (15) vor der ersten Verwendung der Vorrichtung auf dieser Seite eine brechbare Materialbrücke (16) umfaßt.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das Abgabeorgan (2) vermittels eines Befestigungselementes (3) fest auf dem Behälter (1) montiert ist, wobei die Zunge (14) in der Blockierstellung des Ausstoßteils (12) für das Produkt mit dem Befestigungselement (3) zusammenwirkt, um eine Verschiebung des Betätigungsorgans (10) in seine Betätigungsstellung zu verhindem.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Körperteil (11) ein Anschlagsorgan (18) umfaßt, das mit dem Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt zusammenarbeitet, wenn sich dieses in seiner Verwendungsstellung befindet.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, bei der der Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt eine Rippe (20) umfaßt, die in seiner Verwendungsstellung mit einer fest mit dem Körperteil (11) verbundenen Platte (21) zusammenwirkt, um den Ausstoßteil für das Produkt in der Verwendungsstellung zu blockieren.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der das Abgabeorgan (2) eine Pumpe und das Befestigungselement (3) ein Befestigungsring und das Betätigungsorgan (10) ein Drücker ist, der auf der Pumpe (2) und um den Ring (3) herum axial verschiebbar ist.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, bei der das Abgabeorgan (2) ein Ventil, das Befestigungselement (3) ein Befestigungsring und das Betätigungsorgan (10) ein Drücker ist.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, bei der der Drücker (10) winkelmäßig verschiebbar ist und zwei innen liegende Rippen (30, 31) in Anlage an dem Ring (3) umfaßt, die zusammen mit der Zunge (14) die Betätigung des Drückers (10) in der Blockierstellung des Ausstoßteils (12) für das Produkt verhindem.
  12. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Ausstoßteil (12) für das Produkt des Betätigungsorgans (10) einen Zerstäuber (19) umfaßt.
