Claims (7)

  1. Zerstäubungsvorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt, die einen das fluidförmige Produkt enthaltenden Behälter (10), eine Pumpe oder ein Ventil, die bzw. das auf dem Behälter (10) mit Hilfe eines Befestigungsringes (30) befestigt ist, um wahlweise das fluidförmige Produkt abzugeben, und einen Abgabekopf (40) umfasst, der eine Abgabeöffnung (45) aufweist, wobei die Vorrichtung eine Betätigungseinrichtung (50) umfasst, die zwischen einer Ruhelage und einer Abgabeposition verschiebbar ist, wobei die Verschiebung der Betätigungseinrichtung (50) in einer von der Richtung der Zerstäubung des Produktes durch die Abgabeöffnung (45) hindurch verschiedenen Richtung erfolgt, wobei die Betätigungsvorrichtung (50) fest mit dem Abgabekopf (40) verbunden ist und mit dem Befestigungsring (30) zusammenwirkt, um die Pumpe oder das Ventil zu betätigen, wobei weiterhin die Betätigungseinrichtung (50) wenigstens ein Betätigungselement (51) umfasst, das in einer bezüglich des Abgabekopfes (40) schwenkbaren Weise montiert ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Betätigungselement (51) einen Betätigungsteil (52), der mit dem Betätigungsring (30) zusammenwirkt, und ein Abstützelement (54) umfasst, auf das der Verwender eine Betätigungskraft ausübt, wobei das Abstützelement (54) in einer bezüglich des Abgabekopfes (40) verschwenkbaren Weise montiert ist und sich einerseits radial vom Abgabekopf (40) weg und andererseits axial in Richtung des Behälters (10) über den Befestigungsring (30) hinaus erstreckt, wobei der Betätigungsteil (52) auf dem Abstützelement (51) in schwenkbarer Weise montiert ist und sich radial und axial in Richtung des Befestigungsringes (30) erstreckt, um in der aufrechten Position der Vorrichtung mit diesem von unten her zusammenzuwirken.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der der Abgabekopf (40) eine seitliche Schürze (41) umfasst und die Betätigungseinrichtung (50) in der seitlichen Schürze (41) ausgebildet ist.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der die Betätigungseinrichtung (50) einstückig mit dem Abgabekopf (40) ausgebildet ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Betätigungseinrichtung (50) zwei Betätigungselemente (51) umfasst, die einander bezüglich des Abgabekopfes (40) diametral gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind.
  5. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Befestigungsring (30) ein Standardring zum Aufschrauben, Aufrasten oder Aufquetschen auf den Hals des Behälters (10) ist.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der die Betätigungseinrichtung (50) ein Vorkompressionselement derart umfasst, dass die Pumpe oder das Ventil erst dann betätigt wird, wenn die Vorkompressionsschwelle durch den Verwender überschritten wird.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Abgabekopf (40) ein Kopf für eine Abgabe in die Nase ist, der bei der Betätigung der Pumpe oder des Ventils eine feste Position im Nasenloch des Verwenders einnimmt.
