Claims (7)
- Abgabevorrichtung für ein fluidförmiges Produkt, die einen Behälter (10) für das Produkt und ein Abgabeorgan (20) wie z.B. eine Pumpe umfaßt, die durch eine Betätigungsstange (5) betätigt wird, die mit einem Abgabekopf (30) verbunden ist, um wahlweise das Produkt abzugeben, wobei das Abgabeorgan (20) am Behälter (10) mit Hilfe eines Befestigungselementes (40) befestigt ist und die Abgabevorrichtung eine Belüftung (50) aufweist, die außerhalb des Behälters (10) und des Befestigungselementes (40) angeordnet ist, sowie ein Luft-Filterelement (60, 75), das in der Nähe der Belüftung (50) außerhalb des Befestigungselementes (40) angeordnet ist, wobei das Filterelement (60, 75) auf oder in der Nähe der Belüftung (50) mit Hilfe eines äußeren Organs (70) gehalten wird, das an dem Befestigungselement (40) und/oder dem Behälter (10) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das äußere Organ (70) einen Befestigungsabschnitt (71) umfaßt, der an dem Befestigungselement (40) der Abgabevorrichtung befestigt ist und einen nachgiebigen Membranteil (75), der direkt in dichter Weise an der Betätigungsstange (25) und/oder an einem Teil (35) des Abgabekopfes (30) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Filterelement (60) ein ringförmiger Filter ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, bei der das äußere Organ (70) eine Öffnung (78) umfaßt, die zwischen diesen beiden Teilen (71, 75) angeordnet ist, wobei ein Filter (60) durch das äußere Organ (70) im Bereich der Öffnung (78) gehalten wird.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, bei der das Filterelement (60, 75) einen integralen Teil des äußeren Organs (70) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, bei der das Filterelement die nachgiebige Membran (75) ist, die für Luft durchlässig ist und diese filtert.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der das äußere Organ (70) auf das Befestigungselement (40) aufgerastet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, bei der der Abgabekopf (30) einen Verschluß (38) umfaßt, der jegliches Eintreten von Luft im Bereich der Abgabeöffnung (31) derart verhindert, daß die gesamte äußere Luft, die mit dem in der Abgabevorrichtung enthaltenen Produkt in Berührung kommt, durch das Filterelement (60) hindurch strömt, wodurch jegliche Verschmutzung des Produktes vor, während und nach der Betätigung der Vorrichtung verhindert wird.
