Claims (6)
- Spurwechselradsatz für Schienenfahrzeuge mit axial auf der Radsatzwelle (1) verschiebbaren Radscheiben (6) und umlaufender Kipphebelverriegelung, bei dem die Verschiebung der Radscheiben während des Spurwechselvorganges beim Befahren einer speziellen zwischen den Gleisen mit unterschiedlichen Spurweiten ausgebildeten Spurwechselanlage erfolgt, wobei eine kompakte Ent- bzw. Verriegelungseinheit innen von einer Radeinheit angeordnet ist und am radabgewandten Ende der Ent- bzw. Verriegelungseinheit ein Entriegelungselement, insbesondere Entriegelungsring (12) direkt mit einer zur Spurwechselanlage gehörenden Führungsschiene korrespondiert und die Ent- bzw. Verriegelungseinheit aus einem Kupplungsstern (2), aus einer am Kupplungsstern angebrachten Verriegelungshülse (7), aus mindestens einem Kipphebel (3), einer verlängerten Radfelge (6), und einer Entriegelungseinheit, bestehend aus Entriegelungselement (12) und Führungsschräge (19), besteht, wobei der Kupplungsstern (2) auf einer Radsatzwelle aufgepreßt ist und mit dem Kipphebel (8) über Lager verbunden ist und das am längeren Ende des Kipphebels (8) trapezförmig ausgebildete Nasenteil in eine der trapezförmigen Nuten auf der nach innen verlängerten Radfelge (6) eingreift, wobei die Führungsschräge (19) am inneren Ende der Entriegelungseinheit angeordnet ist und als Steuerelement dient und mit dem kurzen Teil des Kipphebels (8) korrespondiert, wobei die Entriegelungseinheit auf Führungsflächen des Kupplungssternes aufliegt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Nasenteil in eine der trapezförmigen Nuten (20) auf der nach innen verlängerten Radnabe (5) eingreift, wobei eine geneigte Fläche (9) am oberen Rücken des Kipphebels (3) mit einer ebenso geneigten Fläche (22) an der Innenseite der Verriegelungshülse (7) korrespondiert bzw. bei geringer verschobener Stellung der Verriegelungshülse (7) der Kipphebel (3) mit einer geraden Fläche (10) an einer ebenfalls geraden Fläche (23) der Innenwandung der Verriegelungshülse (7) parallel anliegt, daß die Verriegelungshülse (7) an einer Druckfeder (8), die sich an einem Vorsprung (24) des Kupplungssterns (2) abstützt, anliegt und daß die Verriegelungshülse (7) sowie Abdichtungen (14 bzw. 16) den Innenraum der Ent- bzw. Verriegelungseinheit bzw. einen außenseitig an der Radsatzwelle (1) vorhandenen Schiebesitz (30) verschließen.
- Spurwechselradsatz nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zur axialen Führung der Verriegelungshülse (7) am Kupplungsstern (2) angeordneten Führungsflächen (19) mit Reibkraft verringernden Gleitplatten (29) ausgerüstet sind.
- Spurwechselradsatz nach Anspruch 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (27) direkt mit der Verriegelungshülse (7) korrespondiert.
- Spurwechselradsatz nach Anspruch 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß auf der Radsatzwelle (1) zwischen den Verriegelungshülsen (7) eine oder mehrere Wellenbremsscheiben oder Bremstrommeln angeordnet sind.
- Spurwechselradsatz nach Anspruch 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verriegelungshülse (7) über Schraubenverbindung (25) mindestens einmal geteilt ausgeführt ist.
- Spurwechselradsatz nach Anspruch 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein unterhalb eines Radkranzes (11) eingepreßter Ring (13) zur Befestigung der Abdichtung (14) gleichzeitig als schallabsorbierendes Bauteil in bekannter Weise gestaltet ist.
