Claims (8)
- Lagerung eines Schlepphebels (8) einer Ventilsteuereinrichtung an einer Brennkraftmaschine, wobei der Schlepphebel (8) durch eine an einem Zylinderkopf (1) gelagerte Nockenwelle betätigbar ist, dergestalt, daß der Schlepphebel (8) mit einem ersten Schlepphebelende auf einer Kugelabstützfläche(7) mit einer entsprechend geformten Gegenfläche (9) schwenkbar aufliegt und abgestützt ist, und daß der Schlepphebel (8) mit dem anderen zweiten Schlepphebelende auf einem Ventilschaftende des zugeordneten Ventils aufliegt und der Schlepphebel (8) durch weitere Haltebauteile in einer vorbestimmten Betriebsstellung gehalten ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Montagehilfe im Bereich wenigstens einer Seite des Schlepphebels (8) mit geringem Abstand (11, 12) zum Schlepphebelende in seiner Betriebsstellung im Bereich der Kugelabstützfläche (7) am Zylinderkopf (1) wenigstens ein Anlageelement (13, 14, 16) angebracht ist, so daß vor der Anbringung des Haltebauteils ein auf der Kugelabstützfläche aufliegender Schlepphebel (8) nur begrenzt bis zur Anlage am Anlageelement (13, 14, 16) abkippen kann und so in einer geeigneten Position zur Anbringung und zur Ausrichtung durch die weiteren Haltebauteile abgestützt ist.
- Lagerung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das oder die Anlageelemente (13, 14, 16) am Zylinderkopf (1) angegossen und/oder separat eingesetzt sind.
- Lagerung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei angegossenen Anlageelementen (13, 14, 16) die Anlageflächen nachbearbeitet sind.
- Lagerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlageelemente (13, 14, 16) mit geringem Abstand (11, 12) zu beiden Seiten des Schlepphebels (8) angeordnet sind.
- Lagerung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die seitlichen Anlageelemente etwa parallel zu einem Schlepphebel (8) verlaufende, angegossene Anlagenasen (14) sind.
- Lagerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kugelabstützfläche (7) auf einem Kugelzapfen als Stellelement (6) eines in den Zylinderkopf (1) eingesetzten Hydraulikstellelements ist.
- Lagerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Haltebauteil ein auf den Schlepphebel (8) aufgesetzter Nocken der Nockenwelle und/oder ein Verbindungsteil zwischen dem zweiten Schlepphebelende und dem Ventilschaftende ist.
- Lagerung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schlepphebel (8) ein Rollenschlepphebel ist, bei dem eine zwischen den beiden Schlepphebelenden angeordnete Rolle an der Nockenwelle anliegt.
