Claims (7)
- Feuerungsrost insbesondere zur Verfeuerung von Problem-Abfällen in thermischen Verbrennungsanlagen,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er aus einem hochtemperatur-, abrasions- und korrosionsfesten keramischen Material gebildet ist. - Feuerungsrost nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er aus einer Mehrzahl von Einzelelementen (2,3) aus dem keramischen Material zusammengesetzt ist. - Feuerungsrost nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das eingesetzte keramische Material mit Verstärkungsfasern aus Kohlenstoff und/oder Siliciumcarbit versehen ist. - Feuerungsrost nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Rost (1) bzw. die einzelnen Rostelemente (2,3) als von einem Kühlfluid durchströmbare Hohlkörper (4-6) ausgebildet sind. - Feuerungsrost nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Hohlkörper (4-6) zur Beaufschlagungsseite hin mit Gasaustrittsöffnungen (8) versehen sind. - Feuerungsrost nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er aus Rohlingen im "Grün-Zustand" zusammengesetzt ist, die zum gewünschten Bauteil zusammengestellt und anschließend keramisch miteinander verbunden sind. - Feuerungsrost nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der folgenden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß er aus Vor-Formlingen bzw. Rohlingen gebildet ist, die über Keramikkleber miteinander verbunden sind.
