Claims (15)
- Verfahren zum Ausschleusen von Druckprodukten (2) aus einem Förderstrom mit einer Förderrichtung (F) und zum Bilden von Stapeln (3), die aus einer Mehrzahl von Druckprodukten (2) oder aus einem Druckprodukt (2) bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet,dass der Förderstrom ein Strom von durch Haltemittel (1) hängend gehaltenen, im wesentlichen quer zu ihren Hauptflächen geförderten Druckprodukten (2) ist,dass die durch die Haltemittel (1) gehaltenen Druckprodukte (2) über eine Stapelfläche (4) gefördert werden, die derart in den Förderstrom ragt, dass ein unterer Bereich jedes im Förderstrom geförderten Druckproduktes (2) an die Stapelfläche (4) bzw. an ein bereits an der Stapelfläche (4) anliegendes Druckprodukt angelegt wird,
und dass aus dem Förderstrom auszuschleusende Druckprodukte (2) im Bereiche der Stapelfläche (4) vom Haltemittel (1) losgelassen werden und geführt von der Stapelfläche (4) bzw. von bereits auf der Stapelfläche (4) gestapelten Druckprodukten gegen ein unten an der Stapelfläche angeordnetes Fussstück (5) fallen und auf diesem aufstehend gestapelt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nicht aus dem Förderstrom auszuschleusende Druckprodukte (2) im Bereiche der Stapelfläche (4) von den Haltemitteln (1) nicht losgelassen sondem über die Stapelfläche (4) gezogen und weitergefördert werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stapelfläche für die Ausschleusung und Stapelung eines Druckproduktes in eine obere Position, für das Weiterfördern eines Druckproduktes in eine untere Position verschoben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass nicht aus dem Förderstrom auszuschleusende Druckprodukte (2) zusammen mit den Haltemittein (1), an denen sie hängend gefördert werden, vor der Stapelfläche (4) durch eine Weiche (14) auf eine Förderstrecke (12.1) geleitet werden, die nicht über die Stapelfläche führt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (1) mit den Druckprodukten (2) zwischen Weiche (14) und Stapelfläche (4) gepuffert werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Entfernung eines Stapels (3) von auf dem Fussstück (5) aufstehenden Druckprodukten (2) das Fussstück (5) verschoben wird und der Stapel (3) durch die Schwerkraft weitergefördert wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (1) Greifer sind, die zum Loslassen des gehaltenen Druckproduktes (2) geöffnet werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckprodukte (2) beim Loslassen durch ein Führungsmittel (16) aus dem geöffneten Greifer geführt werden.
- Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, welche Vorrichtung zur hängenden Förderung von Druckprodukten (2) in einem Förderstrom, in dem die Druckprodukte (2) im wesentlichen quer zu ihren Hauptflächen gefördert werden, ein Transportmittel (10) oder eine Mehrzahl von Transportmitteln (13) zum Transport von Haltemitteln (1) auf einer Förderstrecke aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung zusätzlich eine Stapelfläche (4) mit einem unten an der Stapelfläche (4) angeordneten Fussstück (5) aufweist, wobei die Stapelfläche (4) von unten in den Förderstrom ragt, wobei die Stapelfläche (4) eine im Förderstrom positionierte Oberkante (4.1) aufweist, die in einer Ebene im wesentlichen parallel zu den Hauptflächen der Druckprodukte (2) liegt, und wobei die Stapelfläche (4) senkrecht ist oder derart schief, dass die Oberkante (4.1) in Förderrichtung (F) vorlaufend ist, und dass im Bereiche der in den Förderstrom ragenden Stapelfläche (4) Mittel (11) zum Öffnen der Haltemittel (1) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie entlang der Förderstrecke eine Mehrzahl von Stapelflächen aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fussstück (5) zur Weiterförderung mittels Schwerkraft eines Stapels (3) von an der Stapelfläche (4) anliegenden und auf dem Fussstück (5) aufstehenden Druckprodukten (2) verschiebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (1) äquidistant auf der Förderstrecke an einem Transportmittel (10) angeordnet sind und dass die Mittel (11) zum Öffnen der Haltemittel (1) individuell ansteuerbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (1) an individuell auf der Förderstrecke transportierbaren Transportmitteln angeordnet sind, dass vor der Stapelfläche (4) eine Weiche (14) vorgesehen ist zur Ausschleusung von Transportmittel mit Haltemitteln, die auszuschleusende Druckprodukte halten, auf eine gegen die Stapelfläche (4) führende Förderstrecke (12.2) und dass im Bereiche der Stapelfläche (4) Mittel (11) zum generellen Öffnen der Haltemittel (1) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltemittel (1) Greifer sind, die zum Loslassen der Druckprodukte geöffnet werden.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Führen der Druckprodukte aus den geöffneten Greifern Führungsmittel (16) vorgesehen sind.
