Claims (6)
- Flexodruckmaschine mit mehreren Farbwerken mit jeweils einem Formatzylinder und einer Rasterwalze auf der einen Seite einer zu bedruckenden Materialbahn und einem auf deren anderen Seite angeordneten Gegendruckzylinder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß den Farbwerken (3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9) jeweils elektromotorische Einzelantriebe (18) zugeordnet sind, deren jeweilige Antriebssteuereinheit (21) über ein Leitwertsystem (22) miteinander synchronisierbar und mit einer gemeinsamen Funktionseinrichtung (23) zur Überwachung, Steuerung und Regelung verbunden sind.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Zufuhren von Leitfrequenzen für jeweils einen Servomotor (19) der Einzelantriebe (18) ein Sollwertgeber, beispielsweise ein virtueller Master (24) und zur Berechnung und zur registergenauen Einstellung der Winkellage zueinander in Abhängigkeit zur Größe des Formatzylinders (14) ein Rechner (26) vorgesehen sind.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wahlweise einzelne Farbwerke während des Betriebs der Flexodruckmaschine zu- oder abschaltbar sind.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch an jedem Farbwerk (3-9) wenigstens ein zur Markierungserkennung auf der Materialbahn (2) geeignetes Lesegerät, z. B. ein Lichttaster (X), der mit der Antriebssteuerungseinheit (21) des zugehörigen Einzelantriebs (18) und dem Leitwertsystem (22) in Verbindung steht.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch an jedem Farbwerk wenigstens einen Sensor, z. B. einen Näherungsschalter (Y) zur Erfassung der Formatzylinderposition.
- Flexodruckmaschine nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, gekennzeichnet durch die Möglichkeit, jede Formatlänge zwischen der Formatwalzenlänge zu fahren.
