Claims (2)
- Hackrotor für eine Hackmaschine zum Hacken von Holzstämmen1.1 mit einem Rotorgrundkörper (1);1.2 mit einer Vielzahl von über den Rotorgrundkörper verteilten Hackstationen (2), umfassend Hackmesser (3), die zwischen Verschleißplatten (4) und Klemmplatten (5) eingespannt sind, wobei1.3 jede Hackstation (2) weist nur eine einzige Klemmplatte (5) auf, die sich über die Arbeitsbreite des Hackrotors erstreckt;1.4 die Klemmplatte (5) ist in Umlaufrichtung des Hackrotors gesehen hinter dem Hackmesser (3) am Rotorgrundkörper schwenkbar gelagert, und zwar um eine zur Hackrotorachse parallele Achse;1.5 es ist eine Einrichtung zum Verriegeln der Klemmplatte (5) nach dem Einspannen der Hackmesser (3) vorgesehen;1.6 es ist ein Stab (10) vorgesehen, der mit seinem einen Ende in eine Bohrung der Klemmplatte (5) einführbar und darin befestigbar ist, und der an seinem anderen Ende eine Bohrung zum Einführen eines Schwenkhebels zum Verschwenken der Klemmplatte (5) aufweist;1.7 der Stab (10) weist eine Halteklaue (10.5) auf, die durch die Klemmplatte (5) hindurchführbar ist;1.8 es ist eine Feder (10.6) vorgesehen, die die Halteklaue (10.5) in eine Einrastposition verschwenkt, in welcher die Halteklaue (10.5) die Klemmplatte (5) festhält.
- Hackrotor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß nur ein oder mehrere Hackmesser (3) pro Hackstation (2) vorgesehen sind, die sich über die gesamte Breite des Hackrotors hinweg erstrecken.
