Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Fertigung eines thermischen Auslösesystems eines elektrischen Schaltgeräts mit Bimetallelementen (2), einem Schieber (3) mit Aufnahmen (6), in denen die Bimetallelementen (2) aufgenommen sind, mit einem Schaltelement (5) zur Auslösung eines Schaltvorgangs, mit einem Differenzhebel (4), der am Schieber (3) befestigt ist und durch Bewegung desselben in Schubrichtung seinen Abstand (x) zum Schaltelement (5) verkürzt, wobei die Befestigung des Differenzhebels über eine erste (9) und eine zweite Lagerstelle (10) am Schieber (3) erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet , daß der Schieber (3) mit der ersten als Drehpunkt ausgeführten Lagerstelle (9) gefertigt wird, daß die Lage des Schaltelements (5) im elektrischen Schaltgerät gemessen wird, daß abhängig von der gemessenen Lage des Schaltelements (5) die zweite Lagerstelle (10) berechnet und an dem Schieber (3) ausgeführt wird, der daraufhin im zugehörigen Schaltgerät montiert wird.
