Claims (14)
- Fertigbauelement, im wesentlichen bestehend aus einer hydraulisch abgebundenen Matrix (2), in der textile Fasern eingebettet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Bewehrung (3) vorgesehen ist und daß die Bewehrung (3) ein zumindest in einer Richtung zusammenhängendes textiles Gebilde umfaßt. - Fertigbauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebilde ein Gelege ist.
- Fertigbauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebilde ein Gewebe ist.
- Fertigbauelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebilde ein Geflecht ist.
- Fertigbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebilde Glasfasern umfaßt.
- Fertigbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebilde Kohlenstofffasern umfaßt.
- Fertigbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Gebilde Aramidfasern umfaßt.
- Fertigbauelement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Matrix (2) mineralisch- und vorzugsweise zementgebunden ist.
- Schalungselement in Form eines Fertigbauelements nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, gekennzeichnet durch ein gewinkeltes Profil.
- Schalungselement nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich das textile Gebilde zumindest über einen Teil der winklig aneinandergrenzenden Abschnitte des Profils erstreckt, so daß das textile Gebilde eine dreidimensionale Bewehrung (3) bildet.
- Schalungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Profil einen oder mehrere U-förmige Abschnitte aufweist.
- Schalungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das textile Gebilde Fortsätze aufweist, die nicht in die hydraulisch abgebundene Matrix eingebettet sind.
- Schalungselement nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das textile Gebilde Fortsätze in Form von abragenden Faserverbänden aufweist.
- Schalungselement nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das textile Gebilde Fortsätze in Form von abragenden einzelnen Fasern aufweist.
