Claims (10)
- Tintenbehälter für einen Tintenstrahl-Drucker oder -Plotter, umfassend ein Gehäuse (1) mit einem Unterteil (2) mit einer Wanne (4), wobei um die Peripherie des oberen Randes (16) der Wanne (4) eine Umfangsnut (17) verläuft, und wobei im Boden (7) der Wanne (4) ein erster Stopfen (10) zum Durchstecken einer Hohlnadel des Druckers oder Plotters eingesetzt ist, eine wannenförmige, elastomere Membran (18), die am Rand einen Wulst (20) aufweist, der mit radialer Pressung in die Nut (17) eingesetzt ist, sowie einen Deckel (3), der auf den Unterteil (2) aufgesetzt ist und eine Innenwand (36) aufweist, deren unterer Rand auf den Wulst (20) gepresst ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Unterteil (2) zusätzlich eine Kammer (26) mit einem zweiten Stopfen (10) hat, welche mit einem saugfähigen Material (28), insbesondere Zellulose, zur Aufnahme von Resttinte gefüllt ist.
- Behälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Nut (17) in der Draufsicht aus zwei bogenförmigen und zwei geradlinigen, diese verbindenden Abschnitten besteht.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei der Deckel (3) auf den Unterteil (2) aufgeschnappt oder aufgepresst ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei auf den mittleren Teil der Membran (18) eine Platte (23) aufgesetzt ist, die an der Membran (18) befestigt ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, wobei im Deckel (3) ein Hebel (39) schwenkbar gelagert ist, dessen freies Ende auf der Membran (18) bzw. der Platte (23) aufliegt und der mit einem Anzeigeelement (40) verbunden ist, welches bei leerem Tintenbehälter über das Gehäuse (1) vorsteht.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, wobei der erste Stopfen (10) auf der Innenseite ein Sackloch (11) aufweist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, wobei der Deckel (3) ein lösbares Rastelement (45) zum Einrasten im Drukker oder Plotter aufweist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, wobei auf der Wanne (4) oder auf der Membran (18) mindestens eine vom oberen Rand (16) bis zum ersten Stopfen (10) verlaufende Rippe (51) oder Rille angeformt ist.
- Behälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, wobei die Membran (18) aus NBR besteht.
