Claims (22)

  1. Procédé pour fabriquer des matériaux décoratifs, plats et colorés, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique sur un substrat (1) globalement transparent au moins une couche de résine (2) durcissable et contenant un pigment et/ou un colorant et ensuite un matériau composite (3) armé de fibres, un pigment à effet de paillettes étant contenu dans au moins l'une des couches de résine (2).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique encore une couche de fond (4) sur la couche de résine (2).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on durcit la couche de résine (2) avant l'application du matériau composite (3) armé de fibres ou de la couche de fond (4).
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'on applique une couche adhésive (5) sur le matériau composite (3) armé de fibres.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose un motif plat dans au moins l'une des couches de résine (2) contenant un pigment et/ou un colorant.
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme pigment à effet de paillettes un pigment scintillant recouvert d'oxydes métalliques.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme substrat (1) un matériau comportant une structure de surface au moins sur le côté tourné vers la couche de résine (2).
  8. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme substrat (1) du verre.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme substrat (1) du verre acrylique.
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme matériau composite (3) renforcé par des fibres un tissu de fibres de verre.
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme couche de fond (4) une couche stratifiée.
  12. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 2 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise comme couche de fond (4) une couche colorée.
  13. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le matériau décoratif est réalisé transparent ou translucide.
  14. Matériau décoratif, fabriqué selon l'une des revendications précédentes, constitué d'un substrat (1) globalement transparent sur lequel sont appliqués au moins une couche de résine (2) contenant un pigment et/ou un colorant, optionnellement une couche de fond (4) et un matériau composite (3) armé de fibres, un pigment à effet de paillettes étant contenu dans au moins l'une des couches de résine (2).
  15. Matériau décoratif selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le substrat (1) comporte une structure de surface sur le côté tourné vers la couche de résine (2).
  16. Matériau décoratif selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que le substrat (1) est en verre.
  17. Matériau décoratif selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que le substrat (1) est en verre acrylique.
  18. Matériau décoratif selon l'une des revendications 14 à 17, caractérisé en ce que le pigment à effet est un pigment scintillant recouvert d'oxydes métalliques.
  19. Matériau décoratif selon l'une des revendications 14 à 18, caractérisé en ce que le matériau composite (3) armé de fibres est un tissu de fibres de verre.
  20. Matériau décoratif selon l'une des revendications 14 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la couche de fond (4) optionnelle est un stratifié.
  21. Matériau décoratif selon l'une des revendications 14 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la couche de fond (4) optionnelle est une couche colorée.
  22. Matériau décoratif selon l'une des revendications 14 à 21, caractérisé en ce que le matériau décoratif est transparent ou translucide.
