- Procédé destiné à la fabrication d'un élément (10, 30) faisant office de revêtement, dans lequel on recouvre d'une couche de finition (20 - 24) une plaque de support (12) qui présente une matière minérale; dans lequel, avant ou après l'application de la couche de finition (20 - 24 ; 32), on génère, par fraisage, le long de bords latéraux (17, 19) de la plaque de support (12), qui se détournent l'un de l'autre, des évidements (16) et des saillies (14) pour une liaison du type à rainure/languette ; et dans lequel on recouvre la plaque de support (12) avec au moins une couche de base (20) qui contient une matière polymère qui possède un pigment colorant; sur la couche de base en question, après le séchage, dans un procédé d'impression numérique, on applique au moins en partie au moins une couche d'impression numérique (24) qui contient un pigment colorant; sur la couche en question, après le séchage, respectivement après le durcissement, on applique au moins une couche de finition transparente (24) à teneur polymère à une température supérieure par rapport à la température ambiante ; sur la couche de finition en question, à une température encore supérieure, on applique, par emboutissage, en utilisant au moins un cylindre d'emboutissage structuré, une structure superficielle (26) ; caractérisé en ce que la plaque de support (12) est constituée par des éléments minéraux comprimés avec des fibres naturelles, sous la forme d'une fine poudre ou sous la forme de particules.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce que l'on applique la couche de finition (24) à une température de 40 à 100 °C, et le traitement de sa surface (26) avec un cylindre de structuration a lieu à une température de 40 à 100 °C.
- Procédé selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisé en ce que la couche de finition (24) contient du PUR ou un composé acrylique.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que la couche de finition (24) contient un polymère qui durcit par le biais d'une exposition au rayonnement ultraviolet, la couche de finition en question étant soumise à une déformation sur sa surface supérieure (26) après l'application, par l'intermédiaire d'un cylindre de structuration.
