Abstract

Eine Leitschaufel für Dampfturbinen mit einem durch einen Unterdruck beaufschlagten Hohlraum (18) im Schaufelinnern ist mit einer Öffnung (3) für eine Fluidabsaugung im Bereich der Schaufelhinterkante (4) versehen. Diese Öffnung ist mit einer porösen, Abdeckung (7) versehen. Die Abdeckung ist so dimensioniert ist, dass ihre sämtlichen Kapillaren während des Betriebes mit dem abzusaugenden Fluid gefüllt sind. Sie ist mit einem mechanischen Befestigungselement (20) in der Leitschaufel verankert.
Das mechanische Befestigungselement (20) ist ein federbelasteter Schnellverschluss und besteht aus einer Büchse (21), welche die Abdeckung in der Schaufelöffnung (3) fixiert und mit ihrem zylindrischen Teil (24) in den Schaufelhohlraum (18) hineinragt sowie aus einen im Innern der Büchse axial verschiebbaren Dorn (25), welcher mit Federmittel (26) bestückt ist und an seinem Ende mit einer auf der Innenwand der Schaufel aufliegenden Kappe (28) versehen ist.
