Description
- la figure 1 est une vue en coupe transversale d'une semelle équipée d'un couvercle d'un fer à repasser à vapeur selon l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue de dessus d'une base chauffante de la semelle de la figure 1, le couvercle étant ôté ;
- la figure 3 est une vue de dessous de cette base chauffante ;
- la figure 4 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne IV-IV de la figure 2, le couvercle étant en place ; et
- la figure 5 est une vue en plan de la face externe d'une plaque de repassage de la semelle de la figure 1.
Claims (10)
- Fer à repasser électrique à vapeur comportant une semelle (10) comprenant une base (15) chauffée au moyen d'une résistance électrique (18) et une plaque de repassage (21) montée sous ladite base ; une chambre de vaporisation dite principale (28) pratiquée dans la base (15), fermée par un couvercle (17), alimentée en eau au moyen d'un dispositif d'injection au travers d'une ouverture (36) pratiquée dans le couvercle, et comportant plusieurs passages de vapeur (44) qui débouchent chacun sur la face inférieure (23) de la base (15) et qui sont agencés de manière que la vapeur chemine dans la chambre principale de vaporisation (28) suivant un parcours adapté à favoriser la vaporisation de l'eau avant d'atteindre chaque passage (44) ; et une chambre de distribution de vapeur (32) ménagée dans la face inférieure (23) de la base (15), communiquant avec le débouché de chaque passage de vapeur (44) et étant en relation avec des trous de sortie de vapeur (33) percés dans la plaque (21), caractérisé en ce que la chambre principale de vaporisation (28) étant délimitée par une cloison périphérique (30) sur laquelle prend appui le couvercle (17), les passages de vapeur sont constitués par des cheminées verticales (44) agencées en bordure de ladite cloison périphérique (30), et s'élevant vers le couvercle (17) en laissant subsister sur au moins une partie un petit espace (46) avec ledit couvercle de manière à permettre le passage de la vapeur par ledit espace en partie haute de chacune des cheminées (44).
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les cheminées verticales (44) sont au nombre de deux et sont agencées respectivement sur les deux côtés latéraux opposés de la cloison périphérique (30) de la chambre principale de vaporisation (28).
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la base (15) et la plaque (21) de la semelle présentent un même axe de symétrie longitudinal (XX'), caractérisé en ce que les deux cheminées verticales (44) sont symétriques par rapport audit axe (XX') et sont situées chacune sensiblement dans la région centrale latérale de la chambre principale de vaporisation (28).
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que chacune des deux cheminées verticales (44) présente une section minimale de l'ordre d'au moins 20 mm2.
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la semelle présentant une région formant pointe (12), la chambre de distribution de vapeur est constituée par une rainure (32) creusée dans la face inférieure (23) de la base (15) et présentant sensiblement une forme en V dont les deux branches (32a,32b) s'étendent respectivement le long des deux bords latéraux de la base (15) et dont la pointe (50) est située dans la région formant pointe (12) de la base (15), chaque débouché des cheminées (44) communiquant avec l'une des deux branches de la rainure en V (32).
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que dans la face inférieure (23) de la base (15) est également pratiqué au moins un canal transversal (52) débouchant aux deux extrémités libres de la rainure en V (32) et adapté à acheminer la vapeur véhiculée dans ladite rainure (32) vers une région postérieure transversale de la plaque de repassage (21) via des trous associés de sortie de vapeur (56) percés dans ladite plaque (21).
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6,caractérisé en ce que les deux cheminées verticales (44) sont délimitées chacune par un premier tronçon (30a) de la cloison périphérique (30) de la chambre principale de vaporisation (28) et une première cloison verticale (48) formée dans ladite chambre principale de vaporisation (28) et s'étendant à proximité du couvercle de fermeture (17).
- Fer à repasser selon l'une des revendications 2 à 7,caractérisé en ce qu'à l'intérieur de la chambre principale de vaporisation (28) sont ménagées deux chambres de décantation (60) qui sont associées respectivement aux deux cheminées verticales (44) et qui comportent chacune un passage d'entrée (62) de la vapeur cheminant dans ladite chambre principale de vaporisation (28), ladite vapeur s'échappant, après passage dans la chambre de décantation (60), en partie haute de la cheminée associée (44).
- Fer à repasser selon les revendications 7 et 8, caractérisé en ce que les deux chambres de décantation (60) sont délimitées chacune par un second tronçon (30b) de la cloison périphérique (30) de la chambre principale de vaporisation (28) qui prolonge l'arrière du premier tronçon (30a) de ladite cloison périphérique (30), la première cloison verticale (48) de délimitation de la cheminée associée (44) et une seconde cloison verticale (64) présentant, d'une part, un tronçon longitudinal (64a) se raccordant à l'avant dudit premier tronçon (30a) de la cloison périphérique (30) en bordant la cheminée (44) et s'étendant au niveau de ladite cloison périphérique (30), et d'autre part, un tronçon transversal (64b) se raccordant audit second tronçon (30b) de la cloison périphérique (30) et s'étendant à proximité du couvercle (17) de manière à former le passage (62) d'entrée de la vapeur dans la chambre de décantation (60).
- Fer à repasser selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que la résistance électrique de chauffage (18) étant une résistance blindée noyée dans la masse de la base (15) et ayant une forme en U dont les branches sont entourées à proximité par la chambre principale de vaporisation (28), les deux chambres de décantation (60) sont disposées respectivement au-dessus des deux branches latérales de la résistance blindée (18) en U, ladite résistance blindée (18) s'étendant de façon adjacente à chacune des deux cheminées verticales (44).
