Claims (6)
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge mit einer Schleudertrommel, mit einem in die Schleudertrommel ein- bzw. aus ihr herausstülpbaren Filtertuch und mit einem Maschinengehäuse, an das im Bereich der Schleudertrommel ein erster Gehäuseraum mit einem Auslaß zum Abführen eines Filtrates und ein zweiter Gehäuseraum mit einem Auslaß zum Abführen eines Filterkuchens anschließen, wobei der erste Gehäuseraum abgedichtet von einem ersten selbständigen Gehäuseteil und der zweite Gehäuseraum abgedichtet von einem zweiten selbständigen Gehäuseteil umschlossen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die beiden Gehäuseteile (50, 51) jeweils für sich in verschiedene Richtungen um separate Achsen (52, 53) derart schwenkbar gelagert sind, daß sie einzeln zwischen einem geschlossenen Zustand (Fig. 1, 3) und einem geöffneten Zustand (Fig. 4) relativ zur Schleudertrommel (16) verschwenkbar sind. - Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Gehäuseteile (50, 51) um vertikale Achsen (52, 53) schwenkbar sind.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gehäuseteil (50) allgemein ringförmig und das zweite Gehäuseteil (51) etwa topfförmig mit einer im wesentlichen geschlossenen Stirnwand (59) ausgebildet sind, und daß das zweite Gehäuseteil (51) im geschlossenen Zustand mit einem der Stirnwand (59) gegenüberliegendem Rand am ersten Gehäuseteil (50) dicht anliegt.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste Gehäuseteil (50) im geschlossenen Zustand an einer Trennwand (6) des Maschinengehäuses (1) dicht anliegt.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das erste und zweite Gehäuseteil (50, 51) Auslaßöffnungen (7, 8) aufweisen, die in geschlossenem Zustand der Gehäuseteile (50, 51) mit Abführleitungen (37, 40) für den ersten und zweiten Gehäuseraum (10, 11) dicht verbunden sind.
- Stülpfilterzentrifuge nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gehäuseteile (50, 51) im wesentlichen eine kreiszylindrische Außenkontur haben.
