Description
Claims (6)
- Innenzahnradmaschine, insbesondere Innenzahnradpumpe, mit einem Gehäuse (4,4'), einem in dem Gehäuse umlaufenden innenverzahnten Hohlrad (1,1'), einem damit in Eingriff stehenden außenverzahnten Ritzel (2,2') und einem in dem Raum zwischen Hohlrad und Ritzel angeordneten Füllstück (3,3'), das durch eine sich etwa in Umfangsrichtung erstreckende Trennfläche in zwei Füllstückteile (30,31; 30',31') unterteilt ist, wobei in den Füllstückteilen von der Trennfläche ausgehende, einander jeweils gegenüberliegende Ausnehmungen eine achsparallele Schrägfläche (34,35) aufweisen und die Schrägflächen keilförmig zueinander stehen und wobei in dem von den Ausnehmungen gebildeten Trennflächenraum (32) eine Dichtwalze (36) beweglich angeordnet und durch den Flüssigkeitsdruck sowie mittels einer zwischen der Dichtwalze und einer Abstützfläche (38) des Trennflächenraums aufgespannten Feder (37) gegen die Schrägflächen gedrückt wird und die Füllstückteile auseinanderspreizt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Feder (37) haarnadelförmig gekrümmt ist, mit ihren Schenkeln annähernd achsparallel an der Dichtwalze (36) bzw. an der Abstützfläche (38) anliegt und mit ihrem gebogenen Ende (39) in einen Freiraum (40) des Gehäuses (4) bzw. einer an dem Füllstück anliegenden Axialplatte hineinragt. - Innenzahnradmaschine nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auch mindestens eines der dem gebogenen Federende (39) gegenüber liegenden Federenden in einen zugeordneten Freiraum des Gehäuses bzw. einer Axialplatte hineinragt. - Innenzahnradmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Füllstück (3) bezüglich einer die Ritzelachse enthaltenden Radialebene (A) symmetrisch geformt ist und in symmetrisch angeordneten Trennflächenräumen (32) federbelastete Dichtwalzen (36) enthält, deren Federn (37) Freiräume (40) zugeordnet sind. - Innenzahnradmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Füllstückteile an einem Füllstuckstift (50,51) drehbar und radial verschiebbar abgestützt sind. - Innenzahnradmaschine nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Füllstückteile (30',31') jeweils gesondert an einem Füllstückstift (52,53) abgestützt sind, der an gegenüberliegenden Seiten zu radial gerichteten Gleitflächen abgeflacht ist und in eine Axialnut (51') jedes Füllstückteils eingreift. - Innenzahnradmaschine nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß jeder Füllstückstift (52,53) einen im wesentlichen quadratischen Querschnitt hat und seine Kanten angefast sind.
