Abstract

L'invention concerne une fermeture inviolable servant à certifier que la fermeture d'un contenant par un capuchon est restée intacte. Ledit capuchon fait saillie au-dessus de la paroi d'un contenant et recouvre une ouverture pratiquée dans ladite paroi et pouvant être reliée au capuchon de façon amovible. En position fermée, le capuchon est proche du contenant ou en contact avec ce dernier par sa bordure périphérique. Ladite fermeture inviolable est constituée d'au moins un élément indicateur (4) qui, en position fermée, est situé entre la paroi du contenant et le capuchon. L'élément indicateur (4) possède une première extrémité faisant saillie sous le capuchon dans le sens radial vers la ligne médiane du contenant, ladite première extrémité présentant un dispositif de retenue doté d'une languette (43) orientée vers le haut transversalement à l'axe longitudinal de l'élément indicateur (4). L'élément indicateur (4) possède une seconde extrémité dépassant radialement vers l'extérieur. Afin de simplifier le montage de tels éléments indicateurs et de réduire le nombre de pièces nécessaire, l'invention propose de relier l'élément indicateur (4) par sa première extrémité à la face intérieure du capuchon (1) au moyen d'un dispositif de fixation et de monter ce dernier sur l'extrémité supérieure du dispositif de retenue.
