Control and indicating arrangement according to one of claims 5 and 6, characterised in that the input circuit arrangement is equipped in such a manner that in the case of blocking of the input circuit arrangement by actuation of the main on/off switch into the 'off' setting over a predetermined time period or in the case of predetermined multiple actuation of this switch within a predetermined time period by multiple actuation of this main on/off switch within a predetermined time period the blocking is overcome and the setting functions of the oven are reproducible.
  9. Control and indicating arrangement according to one of claims 1 and 8, characterised in that the input circuit arrangement is equipped in such a manner that the input element serving as the main on/off switch is constructed as a depressible rotary toggle, the pushed-in (depressed) setting of which represents and influences the 'off' function and the pushed-out setting of which represents and influences the 'on' function and by way of the rotary movement of which the input values can be input into the input circuit arrangement in conjunction with an actuated input element for the function mode or function position.
  10. Control and indicating arrangement according to one of claims 1 and 9, characterised in that the indicating elements associated with the input elements are controlled in such a manner on actuation of an input element for a function mode or a function position - the reception readiness of the input switching by way of the input circuit arrangement - that the indicating element associated with the actuated input element for the function mode or function position and an indicating element associated with the main on/off switch are controlled to flash.
  11. Control and indicating arrangement according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that the input circuit arrangement is equipped in such a manner that in the case of persisting actuation of an input element for the function mode, input values counting upwards and/or downwards can be input into the circuit arrangement.
