Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum selbsttätig gesteuerten Waschen wenigstens eines Teiles eines Druckwerkes einer Offsetdruckmaschine, bei der wenigstens ein Druckwerk als dessen Teile Gummituch- und Druckzylinder, ein Farbwerk und gegebenenfalls ein Feuchtwerk umfaßt, und bei der die Steuerung wenigstens einer Waschvorrichtung, die wenigstens einem der Teile zugeordnet ist, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Waschhäufigkeit abhängig von Kenngrößen erfolgt, die von Funktionen des Druckwerks abgeleitet und/oder zu deren Steuerung generiert werden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zunächst ein während des Maschinenlaufs auftretender Farbverbrauch des Druckwerks nach Maßgabe mindestens einer Kenngröße der Farbdosierung bestimmt wird und daß aus dem derart bestimmten Farbverbrauch die Häufigkeit und/oder Art des Waschvorgangs bestimmt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kenngrößen, nach deren Maßgabe der Farbverbrauch und daraus die Häufigkeit und/oder Art des Waschvorgangs bestimmt werden, die Steuerungs-/Rückmeldesignale einer zonalen Einstellung von Farbdosierelementen, einer Farbstreifenbreite bzw. eines Hebertakts sind. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Funktion der Häufigkeit und/oder Art des Waschvorgangs als Wertevorrat in Abhängigkeit von dem Farbverbrauch empirisch bestimmt wird und der zukünftigen Steuerung der Häufigkeit und/oder Art des Waschvorgangs in Abhängigkeit von dem jeweiligen Farbverbrauch zugrundegelegt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Funktion der Häufigkeit und/oder Art des Waschvorgangs in Abhängigkeit von dem Farbverbrauch durch Modellrechnung bestimmt wird und der zukünftigen Steuerung der Häufigkeit des Waschvorgangs in Abhängigkeit von dem jeweiligen Farbverbrauch zugrundegelegt wird. - Anordnung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2 an wenigstens einer Waschvorrichtung, die wenigstens einem Teil eines Druckwerkes einer Offsetdruckmaschine zugeordnet ist, wobei wenigstens ein Druckwerk als dessen Teile Gummituch- und Druckzylinder, ein Farbwerk und gegebenenfalls ein Feuchtwerk umfaßt, und wobei die Offsetdruckmaschine einen Leitstand aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß in dem Leitstand (7) eine Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (8) vorgesehen ist, die Eingänge für Steuerungs/Rückmeldesignale einer zentralen Einstellung von Dosierelementen, einer Farbstreifenbreite bzw. eines Hebertaktes aufweist, die dazu eingerichtet ist, aus den genannten Steuerungs-/Rückmeldesignalen Signale/Daten der verbrauchten Druckfarbenmenge zu bilden, die an wenigstens einem Ausgang der Signalverarbeitungseinrichtung (8) anstehen daß mit diesem Ausgang der Eingang eines Funktionsgebers (9) gekoppelt ist, in dem eine Funktion der Abhängigkeit der Häufigkeit und/oder Art des Waschvorgangs von der verbrauchten Druckfarbenmenge gespeichert ist, und daß ein Ausgang des Funktionsgebers (9) mit einer Steuerung (6) der Waschvorrichtung (5 bzw. 5a bzw. 5b)) in Verbindung steht. - Anordnung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Funktionsgeber (9) als digitaler Speicher ausgeführt ist.
