Claims (15)
- Bauplatte, bestehend aus einem Faltwerk (2) und einer beidseitig angeordneten Wärmeisolierung (7), in Form von in die Falten zwischen Schenkeln (8) des Faltwerks (2) unmittelbar eingeschäumtem Kunstschaumstoff (7), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Faltwerk (2) Durchbrechungen (15), insbesondere in dessen Schenkeln (8), vorgesehen sind, daß die äußeren Teile (14) des Faltwerks im Abstand von den Außenflächen (9) des Kunstschaumstoffs (7) angeordnet und außen vom Kunstschaumstoff (7) bedeckt sind, und daß die Schmalseiten (10) der Bauplatte (1) wenigstens bereichsweise von an den Rändern der Bauplatte (1) liegenden Schenkeln (8) des Faltwerks (2) gebildet sind.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kunstschaumstoff (7) ein Polyurethanschaum oder ein Polystyrolschaum ist.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein- oder beidseitig eine Beplankung (4) vorgesehen ist.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beplankung (4) eine Holzplatte ist.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beplankung (4) eine Gipswerkstoffplatte, beispielsweise eine Gipskartonplatte, ist.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die parallel zu den Faltungen (6) des Faltwerks (2) ausgerichteten Schmalseiten (10) der Bauplatte (1) gegengleich profiliert sind.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Anschluß an die schräg zur Ebene der Bauplatte (1) verlaufenden Bereiche (11) der Schmalseiten (10) senkrecht zur Ebene der Bauplatte (1) ausgerichtete Abschnitte (12) angeordnet sind.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die senkrecht zur Ebene der Bauplatte (1) ausgerichteten Abschnitte (12) der Schmalseiten (10) von den Seitenrändern der Beplankung (3) gebildet sind.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die senkrecht zur Ebene der Bauplatte (1) ausgerichteten Abschnitte (12) der Schmalseiten (10) vom Kunstschaumstoff (7) gebildet sind.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faltwerk (2) ein Formteil aus Holzfaser- oder Holzspanwerkstoff oder Gipswerkstoff, wie Gipskarton, ist.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faltwerk (2) aus Holzbrettern zusammengesetzt ist .
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Faltwerk (2) aus Blech besteht.
- Bauplatte nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Faltwerk (2) trapezförmig gefaltet ist.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freien Enden (16) des das Faltwerk (2) bildenden Blechs nach innen abgewinkelt sind.
- Bauplatte nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die abgewinkelten Enden (16) parallel zur Ebene der Bauplatte (1) ausgerichtet sind.
