Abstract

本发明公开了一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,包括两个折线段一和多个折线段二,多个折线段二依次收尾相连,两个折线段一分别连接在第一个折线段二的首端,最后一个折线段二的尾端;相邻折线段二间的夹角范围为20°~140°。本发明满足墙体刚性连接强度,并能够切断热桥连接,从而大大提高预制混凝土夹心板的保热效率。

技术领域
本发明属于剪切连接件技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件。
背景技术
预制混凝土夹芯板是指保温夹芯板,通常在机构,商业和轻工业建筑中用作外墙或承重构件。这种墙由结构性的外墙、保温材料和剪切连接件组成。剪切连接件用于在混凝土和混凝土之间传递水平剪切力,提高墙体刚性。传统剪力连接件包括钢网,钢连接件,而钢和混凝土连接器的低热阻使预制混凝土夹芯板保温效率低下。
因此,如何提供一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件是本领域技术人员亟需解决的问题。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,满足墙体刚性要求,并能够切断热桥连接,从而大大提高预制混凝土夹心板的保热效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,包括两个折线段一和多个折线段二,多个所述折线段二依次收尾相连,两个所述折线段一分别连接在第一个所述折线段二的首端,最后一个所述折线段二的尾端;相邻所述折线段二间的夹角范围为20°~140°。
优选的,所述折线段一与相连的所述折线段二间的夹角范围为20°~140°。
优选的,所述折线段一的长度为所述折线段二的长度的1/4。
优选的,R>1.5d,其中R代表两折线段二连接处的弯曲半径,d代表折线段二的长度。
优选的,两个所述折线段一与多个所述折线段二一体成型。
优选的,两个所述折线段一与多个所述折线段二均采用复合纤维材料制作而成。
优选的,复合纤维材料包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维或玄武岩纤维中的一种。
优选的,两个所述折线段一与多个所述折线段二的表面均经过喷砂、螺纹或模压肋处理。
优选的,外墙内设置有保温材料,多个所述折线段二均贯穿所述保温材料,折线段二间的连接处以及折线段二与折线段一的连接处均位于所述外墙内;折线段一的两端点均穿插在所述保温材料内。
本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明能够切断热桥连接,从而大大提高预制混凝土夹心板的保热效率;有利于提高预制混凝土夹芯板的抗剪切强度,从而提高预制混凝土夹芯板的结构性能;并且本发明密度低,能够降低预制混凝土夹芯板整体重量。

请参阅附图1,本发明提供了一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,包括两个折线段一1和多个折线段二2,多个折线段二2依次收尾相连,两个折线段一1分别连接在第一个折线段二2的首端,最后一个折线段二的尾端;相邻折线段二2间的夹角范围为20°~140°,优选为90°。夹角的角度越小提供给外墙3的刚性越高,90度时是刚度和材料节约的一个平衡点。
本实施例中,折线段一1与相连的折线段二2间的夹角范围为20°~140°,优选为90°。
本实施例中,折线段一1的长度为折线段二2的长度的1/4,长度选择保证折线一能够嵌入外墙3和保温材料4内。
本实施例中,R>1.5d,其中R代表两折线段二连接处的弯曲半径,d代表折线段二的长度。
本实施例中,两个折线段一1与多个折线段二2一体成型。
本实施例中,两个折线段一1与多个折线段二2均采用复合纤维材料制作而成。
本实施例中,复合纤维材料包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维或玄武岩纤维中的一种,也可以为其他材料,相对于钢连接件价格低廉,能够降低生产成本。
本实施例中,两个折线段一1与多个折线段二2的表面均经过喷砂、螺纹或模压肋处理,也可以采用其他处理方式,目的在于增大连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件与保温材料4以及外墙3间的摩擦力,从而增强连接的牢固度。
参阅附图2,外墙3内设置有保温材料4,多个折线段二2均贯穿保温材料4,折线段二2间的连接处以及折线段二2与折线段一1的连接处均位于外墙3内;折线段一1的两端点均穿插在保温材料4内,从而能够大大增强连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件安装的牢固度。
本发明热传递性能低,能够切断热桥连接,从而大大提高预制混凝土夹心板的保热效率;有利于提高预制混凝土夹芯板的抗剪切强度,从而提高预制混凝土夹芯板的结构性能;并且本发明密度低,能够降低预制混凝土夹芯板整体重量;另外本发明材料价格低廉,能够大大节省生产成本。

1.一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,其特征在于,包括两个折线段一和多个折线段二,多个所述折线段二依次收尾相连,两个所述折线段一分别连接在第一个所述折线段二的首端,最后一个所述折线段二的尾端;相邻所述折线段二间的夹角范围为20°~140°。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,其特征在于,所述折线段一与相连的所述折线段二间的夹角范围为20°~140°。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,其特征在于,所述折线段一的长度为所述折线段二的长度的1/4。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,其特征在于,R>1.5d,其中R代表两折线段二连接处的弯曲半径,d代表折线段二的长度。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,其特征在于,两个所述折线段一与多个所述折线段二一体成型。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,其特征在于,两个所述折线段一与多个所述折线段二均采用复合纤维材料制作而成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,其特征在于,复合纤维材料包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维或玄武岩纤维中的一种。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,其特征在于,两个所述折线段一与多个所述折线段二的表面均经过喷砂、螺纹或模压肋处理。
9.根据权利要求8所述的一种连续FRP复合纤维桁架抗剪切连接件,其特征在于,外墙内设置有保温材料,多个所述折线段二均贯穿所述保温材料,折线段二间的连接处以及折线段二与折线段一的连接处均位于所述外墙内;折线段一的两端点均穿插在所述保温材料内。
