Claims (1)

  1. Procédé de production d'une liaison intermétallique entre un élément de moteur constitué d'un premier alliage à base d'aluminium et une pièce d'armature en fonte austénitique qui sont assemblés par coulée, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) recuit de la pièce d'armature dans une atmosphère de four à constituants gazeux oxydants et réducteurs en vue de la décomposition au moins partielle des lamelles ou des particules de graphite se trouvant dans la zone de la surface de la pièce d'armature,
    b) immersion de la pièce d'armature dans un bain d'un deuxième alliage à base d'aluminium en vue de la formation d'une couche intermétallique de liaison,
    c) enlèvement de la pièce d'armature du bain d'immersion, mise de la pièce d'armature dans un moule de coulée et, immédiatement après, coulée autour de la pièce d'armature du premier alliage à base d'aluminium.
