Definitions
- the invention relates to a roof insulation board made of mineral wool for flat roofs according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the object of the invention is therefore, mineral wool roof insulation panels for Developing flat roofs so that they can be carried out without great expense and while maintaining the advantages of the previously known roof insulation boards in in terms of robustness and easy installation, too can meet stricter fire behavior requirements, especially propagation of glowing spots due to, for example Flying fire from the plastic sheet of the roof waterproofing into the roof insulation board to prevent.
- the invention takes advantage of the Flexibility of the roof seals used for flat roofs in the case of Glow spots starting from the plastic sheet due to flight fire and The like locally for a separation of the roof waterproofing from the roof insulation board in Area of the glow spot comes. This prevents the Can propagate glow point in the roof insulation board. This is achieved Separation by a foaming process by appropriate Temperature effect is triggered. The one in the area of the glow point Foaming occurring is ensured by the fact that between the Roof insulation panel and the roof waterproofing in the event of fire Layer is provided.
- This foaming layer can directly on the Roof insulation board can be applied and is preferably in a unit with the Roof insulation panel designed so that the roof insulation panel as a prefabricated element is provided at the factory. It is useful that the foaming layer also in near-surface areas of the Roof insulation board is provided, which for the reliability of the Fire protection behavior of the roof insulation board even after long periods of use Advantage is.
- Water glass is particularly suitable for the foaming layer foaming substances, but also a thermoplastic, the foaming agent are clogged.
- the use of water glass is in the area of fire protection components for use in special fire protection devices such as Fire walls, fire doors and the like.
- fire protection components for use in special fire protection devices such as Fire walls, fire doors and the like.
- a base plate or base film as Carrier material and a frame
- this fire protection layer then using a another cover plate or cover film is completed as a carrier material (DE-U 7 321 823).
- This encapsulation ensures that the layer is firmly integrated guaranteed between the carrier material and can also die Fire protective layer can be made in any thickness.
- the foaming Layer is applied to the roof insulation board by a foaming process.
- the applied layer is expediently open to diffusion.
- the foaming layer is also advantageously set such that it foams when a certain limit temperature is reached, in particular from a temperature value greater than 170 ° C. This ensures that the previously dried layer not prematurely or prematurely with regard to its Fire protection behavior is triggered as a result of excessive heating in the Summer or by drying the foam applied Layer during the manufacturing process.
- thermoplastic As already explained above, water glass, the optionally a foaming agent is added. But that is also advantageous Use of thermoplastic with added foaming agent. Here it is useful if the thermoplastic is at certain temperatures gas-releasing filler is added. It is also advisable to add one Flame retardant to prevent the thermoplastic from burning.
- foaming layer is added, in particular expandable graphite, a Range of 10 to 20% is appropriate.
- the mineral wool insulation board is designated by 1, on which one Roof seal 2 is arranged in the form of a plastic sheet.
- the Roof insulation board is on its surface facing the roof waterproofing with a when a certain limit temperature foaming layer 3 in preferably provided constant thickness.
- the thickness of the foaming The layer is set appropriately in each case in relation to the application.
- the layer is shown in the functional position, in the due to a glow spot 4 in the area of the plastic sheet Area of layer 2 is foamed around the smoldering point 4. Is evident thereby pushing the plastic sheet away from the roof insulation board 1, so that a Reproduction of the smoldering area through the locally foamed layer is prevented.
