Erdschraubnagel mit Adapter - 1 -
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Erdschraubnagel mit wenigstens einem Adapter oder Übergangsteil als Halterung für vorüber¬ gehend aufgestellte Verkehrsschilder, Bauschilder, Bau¬ zäune, Schnurgerüststangen und dergleichen .
Es ist bekannt, daß Verkehrsschilder und Bauschilder sehr windanfällig sind. Sie werden gewöhnlich auf dem Boden durch schwere bzw. großflächige Füße aus Metall, Beton oder Kunst¬ stoff gehalten, was aber oft bei starkem Wind nicht ausreicht. Außerdem sind die großflächigen Füße oft hinderlich und von der Handhabung und vom Transport her sehr schwer und großräumig. Schnurgerüste werden im allgemeinen mit schräg angestellten Füßen und ausragenden Erdnägeln befestigt, die eine Verletzungsgefahr darstellen und auch entsprechenden Platz beanspruchen.
Aus der DE-GMS 9316438 ist ein Erdschraubnagel mit einem Übergangsteil als Halterung für vorübergehend aufgestellte Sonnenschirme oder Wäschespinnen bekannt, wobei der Erdschraub¬ nagel aus einem angespitzten Grobgewindestab besteht und anhand der Anspitzung in den Boden eintreibbar ist. Das Übergangsteil ist hierbei rohrformig ausgebildet und auf einem Kopf des Schraubnagels angeschweißt. Für Geräte mit verschiedenen Schaftdurchmessern soll gemäß einem Vorschlag in der o.g. Schrift der Bodenhalter in mindestens drei Größen hergestellt werden. Abgesehen davon, daß also je nach Gerätegröße offensichtlich der ganze Erdschraubnagel gegen einen anderen ausgetauscht werden soll, erscheint die Stand¬ festigkeit dieser bekannten Vorrichtung vergleichsweise gering .
Der im Patentanspruch 1 angegebenen Erfindung liegt das Problem zugrunde, eine schnelle, einfache und ans Erdreich anpaßbare Lösung für das standsichere Aufstellen verschiedenster Hal¬ terungen auf dem Erdboden zu ermöglichen. Die der Erfindung zugrunde gelegten Vorteile sind darin begründet, daß der Erdschraubnagel der Festigkeit des Bodens angepaßt tief eingeschlagen und die Flachmutter zur Stabilisierung entsprechend angeschraubt werden kann. Zudem können die verschiedenen Adapter und Paßformen nach den Unteransprüchen 2 bis 6 in Höhe und Form so variabel angepaßt werden, daß die verschiedensten Geräte, Stangen oder Pfosten schnell und einfach durch Einstecken oder Überstülpen auf engstem Raum stabil aufgestellt und wieder entfernt werden können.
Eine Ausgestaltung des Gewindestahls ist noch im Unteran¬ spruch 7 angegeben.
Anhand der Figuren I bis V wird die Erfindung beispielhaft dargestellt .
Die Fig. I zeigt einen in den Boden eingetriebenen Erdschraub¬ nagel aus einem Grobgewindestahl A mit Anspitzung a, mit einem Anschlagkopf B und einer gegen den Boden geschraubten Flach¬ mutter C. Über den Anschlagkopf B ist ein Rohr D aufgesetzt.
Die Fig. II zeigt einen Anschlagkopf B, der zum Aufstecken eines Rund- oder Vierkaπtrohrs D in Form gebracht ist und der fest mit einer Hülse b verbunden ist, mit welcher er auf den Grobgewindestahl A aufzuklemmen oder zu schweißen ist.
In Fig. III ist eine Führungsscheibe E dargestellt, die mittels einer mittig angebrachten Bohrung c auf den Erd- schraubnagel zwischen dem Anschlagkopf B und der Flach¬ mutter C aufzuschieben ist.
Die Fig. IV zeigt einen Adapter zur Aufnahme von Bauzäunen, der zwei Rohrhülsen F aufweist, die ihrerseits durch eine Distanzscheibe d verbunden sind, und der mit einer Gewinde¬ mutter G höhenanpaßbar am Erdschraubnagel angebracht' werden kann . In Fig. V ist ein Adapter H dargestellt, der auf dem Anschlag¬ kopf B arretiert werden kann oder mittels einer mittig ange¬ brachten Bohrung c zur Führung über den Erdschraubnagel ge¬ schoben werden kann.

Erdschraubnagel mit Adapter
Patentansprüche 1. 5 Erdschraubnagel mit wenigstens einem Adapter oder Übergangs¬ teil als Halterung für vorübergehend aufgestellte Verkehrs¬ schilder, Bauschilder, Bauzäune, Schnurgerüststangen und der¬ gleichen, wobei der Erdschraubnagel aus einem angespitzten Grobgewindestahl (A) und einem aufgepreßten oder angeschweißten 10 Anschlagkopf (B) besteht, über den der Erdschraubnagel entweder durch Pressen oder Schlagen in eine Bohrung oder anhand der Anspitzung (a) in den Boden eintreibbar ist, und wobei auf dem Grobgewindestahl (A) eine Flachmutter (C) aufgeschraubt ist, die zur Stabilisierung des Erdschraubnagels gegen den Boden
-15 schraubbar ist und die gegen den Anschlagkopf (B) konterbar ist, so daß der Erdschraubnagel anhand des Grobgewindes wieder herausgedreht und entfernt werden kann. 2. Erdschraubnagel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
20 der Anschlagkopf (B) aus einem in Form gebrachten Stahl be¬ steht und entweder direkt aufgeschweißt oder durch eine mit ihm fest verbundene Hülse (b) aufgeklemmt oder aufgeschweißt ist, und daß auf den Anschlagkopf (B) ein Rund- oder Vier- kaπtrohr (D) aufgesteckt ist.

Erdschraubnagel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Führungsscheibe (E) mit der vorzugsweise gleichen äußeren Form wie der Anschlagkopf, jedoch mit einer mittig angebrachten Bohrung (c) auf den Erdschraubnagel zwischen
30 dem Ansch*lagkqpf (B) und der Flachmutter (C) aufgeschoben ist. 4.
Erdschraubnagel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Adapter in Verbindung mit einer Gewindemutter (G) an dem Erdschraubnagel höhenanpaßbar befestigt ist.

Erdschraubnagel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Adapter (H) für verschiedene angepaßte Aufsteckformen auf dem Anschlagkopf (B) arretiert ist oder anhand einer mittig angebrachten Bohrung (c) zur Führung über den Erdschraubnagel 0 geschoben ist. Erdschraubnagel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Adapter zur Aufnahme von Bauzäunen vorgesehen ist, be¬ stehend aus zwei Rohrhülsen (F), einer diese verbindenden Distanzscheibe (d) und einer Gewindemutter (G), die höhen- anpaßbar am Erdschraubnagel angebracht ist. 7.
Erdschraubnagel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Grobgewindestahl (A) ein zweiseitig abgeflachtes Gewinde aufweist .
