Claims (11)
- Procédé de décoration d'un article composite comprenant la préparation d'un complexe décoré pour être assemblé avec une structure de renfort (8) de l'article à base de résine fluable à chaud lors d'un cycle ultérieur de pressage à chaud, le procédé comprenant au moins deux cycles, un premier cycle au cours duquel on effectue le transfert d'un décor par la méthode d'impression d'encre(s) sublimable(s) sur la première face (100) d'une couche de matière plastique transparente ou translucide (1), et un second cycle, caractérisé en ce qu'on procède dans le second cycle au moyen d'un film de collage (3) à l'assemblage à chaud et sous pression sur la première face (100) ainsi décorée, d'une feuille de contraste (5) en matériau choisi parmi le groupe constitué par les métaux ou les alliages métalliques, et en ce que, dans une étape préalable à l'assemblage de la feuille de contraste (5) sur la première face (100), on dispose un treillis (4) entre la feuille de contraste (5) et la première face (100).
- Procédé de décoration selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de contraste (5) est une feuille aluminium non anodisée recouverte sur chaque face d'une pellicule d'un copolymère d'oléfine du type ionomère.
- Procédé de décoration selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on dispose une nappe textile (7) à base de fibres non tissées au contact de la feuille de contraste (5) du côté de la feuille de contraste (5) opposé au côté au contact duquel se trouve le treillis (4).
- Procédé de décoration selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce qu'un film de collage (6) est disposé entre la feuille de contraste (5) et la nappe textile (7) à base de fibres non tissées.
- Procédé de décoration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le treillis (4) est un agencement de cordelettes en fibres de verre formant une grille à ouvertures carrées.
- Procédé de décoration selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que la couche de matière plastique transparente ou translucide (1), le premier film de collage (3), le treillis (4), la feuille de contraste (5), le second film de collage (6), et la nappe textile (7) à base de fibres non tissées, sont solidarisés ensemble au cours d'une seule opération.
- Complexe de décoration destiné à être assemblé avec une structure de renfort à base de résine fluable à chaud d'un article composite, ledit complexe comprenant une couche de matière plastique transparente (1) dont une première face (100) porte un décor obtenu par la méthode d'impression d'encre(s) sublimable(s), caractérisé en ce qu'une feuille de contraste (5) qui recouvre la première face (100) de la couche plastique transparente (1) est assemblée sur la face (100) de la couche plastique (1) au moyen d'un film de collage (3), en ce que la feuille de contraste (5) est choisie parmi le groupe constitué par les métaux ou les alliages métalliques, et en ce qu'un treillis (4) est disposé entre la feuille de contraste (5) et la première face (100) dans une étape préalable à l'assemblage de la feuille de contraste (5) sur la face interne (100).
- Complexe de décoration selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la feuille de contraste (5) est une feuille aluminium non anodisée recouverte sur chaque face d'une pellicule d'un copolymère d'oléfine du type ionomère.
- Complexe de décoration selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'une nappe textile (7) à base de fibres non tissées est disposée au contact de la feuille de contraste (5) du côté de la feuille de contraste (5) opposé au côté au contact duquel se trouve le treillis (4), et par le fait qu'un film de collage (6) est disposé entre la feuille de contraste (5) et la nappe textile (7) à base de fibres non tissées.
- Complexe de décoration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le treillis (4) est un agencement de cordelettes en fibres de verre formant une grille à ouvertures carrées.
- Article composite du type ski ou surf des neiges muni d'un complexe de décoration selon la revendication 7 ou 8.
