Claims (18)
- Werkzeug zur Haarformung und/oder Haartrocknung, das auf ein für den Handgebrauch bestimmtes luftdurchströmtes Gerät, insbesondere auf einen Handhaartrockner, aufsetzbar ist, miteinem Luftaustrittselement mit einer flächigen Frontpartie und mindestens einer Luftaustrittsöffnung, undeiner Mehrzahl von Haarerfassungselementen, die im wesentlichen stabförmig ausgebildet, mit einander und einer Längsachse des Werkzeugs parallelen Längsrichtungen auf der Frontpartie des Luftaustrittselements verteilt und davon abstehend ausgerichtet sind,
wobeidas Werkzeug (1) einen Trägerkörper (7) für die Haarerfassungselemente (5) umfasst,die Haarerfassungselemente (5) an einer flächigen Frontpartie (9) des Trägerkörpers (7) abgestützt und davon abstehend ausgerichtet sind, unddie Frontpartie (3) des Luftaustrittselements (2) mit Durchtrittsöffnungen (10) für die Haarerfassungselemente (5) versehen ist, wobei jeweils mindestens ein Haarerfassungselement (5) in einer Durchtrittsöffnung (10) die Frontpartie (3) des Luftaustrittselements (2) mit Spiel durchquert,
gekennzeichnet durcheine Ausbildung, bei welcher die jeweiligen Frontpartien (3,9) des Luftaustrittselements (2) und des Trägerkörpers (7) von der Benutzerperson relativ zueinander in Richtung der Längsachse (A) des Werkzeugs (1) verschiebbar sind, undeinen Mechanismus mit zwei beweglichen Funktionsteilen zur Umsetzung einer Drehbewegung des einen Funktionsteils in eine axiale Verschiebung des anderen Funktionsteils parallel zur Längsachse (A), wobei von den beiden beweglichen Funktionsteilender eine entweder nur zusammen mit dem Luftaustrittselement (2) oder nur zusammen mit dem Trägerkörper (7) in Richtung der Längsachse (A) verschiebbar ist, undder andere nur drehbar ist. - Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Mechanismus mit Ritzel (141) und Zahnstange (140) zur Umsetzung einer Drehbewegung des Ritzels (141) um eine der Längsachse (A) orthogonale Ritzelachse (142) in eine Verschiebung der Zahnstange (140) parallel zur Längsachse (A).
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Mechanismus mit Schnecke (151) und Zahnstange (150) zur Umsetzung einer Drehbewegung der Schnecke (151) um eine der Längsachse (A) parallele Schneckenachse (152) in eine Verschiebung der Zahnstange parallel zur Längsachse (A).
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch einen Mechanismus mit Nut (12) und Feder (13) zur Umsetzung einer Drehbewegung des einen der Funktionsteile um die Längsachse (A) in eine axiale Verschiebung des anderen Funktionsteils parallel zur Längsachse (A), wobei die Nut (12) als Ausnehmung in einem der Funktionsteile und die Feder (13) als Vorsprung am anderen Funktionsteil ausgebildet ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (12) in bezug auf die Längsachse (A) eine variable Steigung aufweist, die im Bereich mindestens eines Rastabschnittes (23) der Nut (12) geringer ist als ausserhalb dieses Bereiches.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein stillstehender Funktionsteil des Werkzeugs (1) in zueinander fester Verbindung einen ringförmigen Befestigungsaufsatz (14) zur Befestigung des Werkzeugs (1) am Gerät, eine an diesem Befestigungsaufsatz (14) angeordnete, axiale, im wesentlichen zylindrische Aufnahme (15) für einen am Luftaustrittselement (2) axial angeordneten, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Stecker (16), das Luftaustrittselement (2) mit dem erwähnten Stecker (16), und einen am Luftaustrittselement (2) festgehaltenen Trichter (17) umfasst,der drehbare Funktionsteil des Werkzeugs (1) in zueinander fester Verbindung einen axialen ringförmigen Betätigungsaufsatz (18) mit einem an diesem Betätigungsaufsatz (18) angeordneten axialen, mit der Nut (12) versehenen Zylinder (19) umfasst, undder verschiebbare Funktionsteil des Werkzeugs (1) in zueinander fester Verbindung den Trägerkörper (7), an dem eine mit der Nut (12) zusammenwirkende Feder (13) angeordnet ist, und die am Trägerkörper (7) abgestützten Haarerfassungselemente (5) umfasst, wobeider drehbare Funktionsteil in axialer Richtung zwischen zwei Elementen des stillstehenden Funktionsteils festgehalten undder verschiebbare Funktionsteil am axialen Zylinder (19) in axialer Richtung geführt und von den durch die Durchtrittsöffnungen (10) des Luftaustrittselements (2) gehenden Haarerfassungselemente (5) am Drehen gehindert wird.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (15) für den am Luftaustrittselement (2) angeordneten Stecker (16) am Gerät selbst vorgesehen ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Trichter (17) auf einem entsprechend ausgebildeten Rand des Geräts aufgesteckt und daran festgehalten wird.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein stillstehender Funktionsteil in zueinander fester Verbindung einen ringförmigen Befestigungsaufsatz (14) zur Befestigung des Werkzeugs (1) am Gerät, eine an diesem Befestigungsaufsatz (14) angeordnete, axiale, im wesentlichen zylindrische Aufnahme (15) für einen am Luftaustrittselement (2) axial angeordneten, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Stecker (16), und das Luftaustrittselement (2) mit dem erwähnten Stecker (16) umfasst,der drehbare Funktionsteil in zueinander fester Verbindung einen axialen ringförmigen Betätigungsaufsatz (18) mit einem an diesem Betätigungsaufsatz (18) angeordneten, axialen, mit der Nut (12) versehenen Zylinder (19) sowie einen am Betätigungsaufsatz (18) festgehaltenen Trichter (17) umfasst, undder verschiebbare Funktionsteil in zueinander fester Verbindung den Trägerkörper (7), an dem eine mit der Nut (12) zusammenwirkende Feder (13) angeordnet ist, und die am Trägerkörper (7) abgestützten Haarerfassungselemente (5) umfasst, wobeider drehbare Funktionsteil in axialer Richtung zwischen zwei Elementen des stillstehenden Funktionsteils festgehalten undder verschiebbare Funktionsteil am axialen Zylinder (19) in axialer Richtung geführt und von den durch die Durchtrittsöffnungen (10) des Luftaustrittselements (2) gehenden Haarerfassungselemente (5) am Drehen gehindert wird.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim drehbaren Funktionsteil der Betätigungsaufsatz (18) und der daran festgehaltene Trichter (17) sowie der axiale Zylinder (19) als ein einzelnes Element ausgebildet sind.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahme (15) für den am Luftaustrittselement (2) angeordneten Stecker (16) am Gerät selbst vorgesehen ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Zylinder (19) als integraler zylindrischer Fortsatz (60) des Trichters (17) und die Nut (12) als Schlitz (61) im zylindrischen Fortsatz (60) ausgebildet ist, wobei die mit der Nut (12) zusammenwirkende Feder (62) radial aussen am Trägerkörper (7) angeordnet ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein stillstehender Funktionsteil in zueinander fester Verbindung das Luftaustrittselement (2) mit einem axial daran angeordneten, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Stecker (16), dessen Ende (70) zur Befestigung des Werkzeugs (1) am Gerät ausgebildet ist, und einen am Luftaustrittselement (2) festgehaltenen Trichter (17) umfasst, während am Gerät eine zum Ende (70) des Steckers (16) passende Halterung vorgesehen ist,der drehbare Funktionsteil in zueinander fester Verbindung einen axialen ringförmigen Betätigungsaufsatz (18) mit einem an diesem Betätigungsaufsatz (18) angeordneten axialen, mit der Nut (12) versehenen Zylinder (19) umfasst, undder verschiebbare Funktionsteil in zueinander fester Verbindung den Trägerkörper (7), an dem eine mit der Nut (12) zusammenwirkende Feder (13) angeordnet ist, und die am Trägerkörper (7) abgestützten Haarerfassungselemente (5) umfasst, wobeider drehbare Funktionsteil in axialer Richtung zwischen je einem Element des stillstehenden Funktionsteils und des stillstehenden Geräts festgehalten undder verschiebbare Funktionsteil am axialen Zylinder (19) in axialer Richtung geführt und von den durch die Durchtrittsöffnungen (10) des Luftaustrittselements (2) gehenden Haarerfassungselemente (5) am Drehen gehindert wird.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassein stillstehender Funktionsteil einen Trichter (17) umfasst, der zur Befestigung des Werkzeugs (1) am Gerät ausgebildet ist und an dem ein mit der Nut (12) versehener axialer Zylinder (19) fest angeordnet ist,der drehbare Funktionsteil einerseits das Luftaustrittselement (2) mit einem axial daran angeordneten, im wesentlichen zylindrischen Stecker (16), dessen Ende (80) zur axial feststehenden aber drehbaren Befestigung des, Luftaustrittselements (2) am Gerät ausgebildet ist, andererseits in zueinander fester Verbindung den Trägerkörper (7), an dem eine mit der Nut (12) zusammenwirkende Feder (13) angeordnet ist, und die am Trägerkörper (7) abgestützten Haarerfassungselemente (5) umfasst, während am Gerät eine zum Ende des Steckers (16) passende Halterung vorgesehen ist, undder verschiebbare Funktionsteil in zueinander fester Verbindung den Trägerkörper (7), an dem die mit der Nut (12) zusammenwirkende Feder (13) angeordnet ist, und die am Trägerkörper (7) abgestützten Haarerfassungselemente (5) umfasst, wobeider drehbare Funktionsteil in axialer Richtung durch die Zusammenwirkung des Steckers (16) und der Halterung festgehalten,der verschiebbare Funktionsteil am axialen Zylinder (19) in axialer Richtung geführt undder verschiebbare Funktionsteil von den durch die Durchtrittsöffnungen (10) des Luftaustrittselements (2) gehenden Haarerfassungselemente (5) in Drehung mitgenommen wird.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der axiale Zylinder (19) als integraler zylindrischer Fortsatz (60) des Trichters (17) und die Nut (12) als Schlitz (61) im zylindrischen Fortsatz (60) ausgebildet ist, wobei die mit der Nut (12) zusammenwirkende Feder (62) radial aussen am Trägerkörper (7) angeordnet ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mit der Nut (12) zusammenwirkende Feder (13) als durch die Nut (12) hindurch geführter Betätigungsstift, -hebel oder -knauf ausgebildet ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem stillstehenden Funktionsteil und dem drehbaren Funktionsteil nur eine relative Drehrichtung zugelassen ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (12) bei einer vollen Umdrehung des Zylinders (19) mindestens eine vollständige Hin- und Herbewegung der Feder (13) hervorruft.
