Description

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine, Bürste insbesondere zum Reinigen von Toilettenbecken, welche aus einem Stiel besteht, an dessen einem Ende ein Handgriff und an dessen anderem Ende eine Vielzahl von Borsten angeordnet sind.
Um sicherzustellen, daß Toilettenbecken nicht Brutstätten für Sporen und Bakterien sind, befinden sich eine Anzahl von WC- Reinigern im Handel, deren wirksame Chemikalien saure Salze, beispielsweise Hydrogensulfate, oder Tenside sind. Saure Abwässer beeinträchtigen jedoch die biologische Stufe in Kläranlagen, während Tenside mikrobiologisch schwer abbaubar sind.
Wegen der geschilderten Nachteile sind nur mechanische Mittel zur Freihaltung der Toilettenbecken von Schmutz als Brutstätten für Sporen und Bakterien geeignet. Dabei ist ein großer Teil der bekannten Bürsten lediglich zur Reinigung der von außen sichtbaren Teile des Toilettenbeckens geeignet. Darüber hinaus ist aus der Offenlegungsschrift DE 43 45 118 A1 eine zum Reinigen von Toilettenschüsseln geeignete Bürste bekannt, welche aus einem Bürstenstiel mit einem Handgriff an seinem einen Ende und mit einem Borstenbereich an seinem anderen Ende besteht. Dabei ist ein erster Teil des Borstenbereiches am Stiel gerade angeordnet, während ein anderer Teil des Borstenbereiches abgebogen ist, wobei beide Teile einen spitzen Winkel einschließen.
Aus der DE-U-92 03 566 ist eine biegsame Klosettbürste mit auswechselbarem Bürstenkopf bekannt, bei welcher zwischen Bürstenstiel und Bürstenkopf eine mit Kunststoff beschichtete oder aus Edelstahl bestehende Feder angeordnet ist. Dabei kann die Feder mit ihrem unteren Ende in eine Scheibe eingesetzt sein, welche an ihrer der Feder angewandten Seite einen Gewindestift aufweist. Dieser Gewindestift ist in eine mit Gewinde versehene Ausnehmung im Bürstenkopf einschraubbar und mit Hilfe einer die Scheibe durchdringenden und im Bürstenkopf endenden Schraube arretierbar.
Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung ist es, eine Bürste anzugeben, welche so ausgestaltet ist, daß damit Toilettenbecken vollständig gereinigt werden können, insbesondere auch das einen Teil des Geruchsverschlusses bildende, horizontal angeordnete Ablaufrohr im unteren Bereich des Toilettenbeckens.
Die Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch gelöst, daß der Stiel aus einem Oberteil und einem Unterteil besteht, wobei das Oberteil mit dem Handgriff verbunden ist und wobei das Unterteil an seinem dem Oberteil abgewandten Ende mit der Vielzahl von Borsten versehen ist; daß das Oberteil eine Ausnehmung aufweist; dass das Unterteil mit einem Zapfen versehen ist; und dass der obere Bereich des Unterteiles aus einem Gummi-Metall-Puffer besteht, wobei der Gummi Shore-Härten von 20 bis 90 aufweist.
Dabei kann als Gummi Naturkautschuk oder Neopren verwendet sein. Weiterhin kann die Ausnehmung zentrisch oder azentrisch in das Oberteil eingearbeitet sein; in die Ausnehmung kann ein Gewinde eingeschnitten sein. Schließlich kann der Zapfen zentrisch oder azentrisch in das Unterteil eingesetzt und mit einem Gewinde versehen sein.
Bei der erfindungsgemäßen Bürste ist von Vorteil, daß das den Borstenbereich tragende Unterteil bei Verschleiß oder starker Verschmutzung der Borsten gegen ein neues Unterteil unter Weiterbenutzung von Oberteil und Handgriff ausgetauscht werden kann.
In der beigefügten Zeichnung ist eine Ausführungsform der Erfindung schematisch und im Schnitt dargestellt.

Die Bürste besteht aus einem Stiel ( 1 ), an dessen oberen Ende ein Handgriff ( 2 ) angeordnet ist. Der Stiel (1) besteht aus einem mit dem Handgriff ( 2 ) verbundenen Oberteil ( 3 ) und einem Unterteil ( 4 ), dessen dem Oberteil abgewandter unterer Bereich mit einer Vielzahl von Borsten ( 5 ) versehen ist.
In das Oberteil ( 3 ) des Stieles ( 1 ) ist auf seinem dem Handgriff ( 2 ) abgewandten Ende eine Ausnehmung ( 6 ) eingearbeitet, in welche ein Gewinde eingeschnitten ist.
In das den Borsten ( 5 ) abgewandte Ende des Unterteiles ( 4 ) ist ein mit Gewinde versehener Zapfen ( 7 ) eingesetzt.
Durch den Zapfen ( 7 ) und die Ausnehmung ( 6 ) sind das Unterteil ( 4 ) und das Oberteil ( 3 ) miteinander verbindbar bzw. voneinander trennbar.
Der obere Bereich ( 8 ) des Unterteiles ( 4 ) besteht aus einem Gummi - Metall - Puffer, wobei als Gummi Naturkautschuk oder Neopren mit Shore - Härten von 20 bis 90 dienen kann.
Als Gummi sollen nur solche Stoffe eingesetzt werden, die im pH - Bereich von 3 bis 10 , vorzugsweise von 4 bis 8 , im wesentlichen beständig sind.

Claims (9)

  1. Bürste, insbesondere zum Reinigen von Toilettenbecken, bestehend aus einem Stiel, an dessen einem Ende ein Handgriff und an dessen anderem Ende eine Vielzahl von Borsten angeordnet sind, wobei der Stiel aus einem Oberteil und einem Unterteil besteht, wobei das Oberteil mit dem Handgriff verbunden ist und wobei das Unterteil an seinem dem Oberteil abgewandten Ende mit der Vielzahl von Borsten versehen ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet dass das Oberteil (3) eine Ausnehmung (6) aufweist; dass das Unterteil (4) mit einem Zapfen (7) versehen ist; und dass der obere Bereich (8) des Unterteiles (4) aus einem Gummi-Metall-Puffer besteht, wobei der Gummi Shore-Härten von 20 bis 90 aufweist.
  2. Bürste nach Anspruch (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Gummi Naturkautschuk verwendet ist.
  3. Bürste nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Gummi Neopren verwendet ist.
  4. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (6) zentrisch in das Oberteil (3) eingearbeitet ist.
  5. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (6) azentrisch in das Oberteil (3) eingearbeitet ist.
  6. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in die Ausnehmung (6) ein Gewinde eingeschnitten ist.
  7. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (7) zentrisch in das Unterteil (4) eingesetzt ist.
  8. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (7) azentrisch in das Unterteil (4) eingesetzt ist.
  9. Bürste nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zapfen (7) mit Gewinde versehen ist.
