Claims (10)
- Gliedertor, zum Verschließen einer Einfahröffnung (2) eines Gebäudes, mit einem aus einer vertikalen Schließstellung in eine horizontale Offenstellung umlenkbaren Panzer (5), der aus gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Lamellen (4) mit endseitigen Führungselementen besteht, die in Führungskanäle (6) eingreifen, die den Panzer (5) beidseitig flankieren, wobei die Führungskanäle (6) jeweils einen Vertikalabschnitt und einen Horizontalabschnitt aufweisen, die durch einen gebogenen Umlenkabschnitt miteinander verbunden sind, dessen Krümmungsinnenseite als kreisförmig verlaufende Führung für die Führungselemente ausgebildet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungselemente als gegenüber dem Panzer (5) verdickte Gleitschuhe (11) ausgebildet sind, deren über die in der Schließstellung der Gebäudeinnenseite zugewandte Innenseite des Panzers (5) vorstehender Bereich eine bogensegmentförmig gekrümmte Oberflächenkontur (14) aufweist, deren Krümmungsradius mit dem Radius (5) der durch die radial innere, als Rollenbahn ausgestaltete Begrenzung des gebogenen Abschnitts der Führungskanäle (6) gebildeten Lauffläche übereinstimmt.
- Gliedertor nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollen (9) der die radial innere Begrenzung des bogenförmigen Abschnitts der Führungskanäle (6) bildenden Rollenbahn auf einem 90°-Segment eines Teilkreises angeordnet sind, wobei vorzugsweise der Durchmesser der Rollen (9) größer als ein Viertel des Radiuses (R) der sie tangierenden Lauffläche ist.
- Gliedertor nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungskanäle (6) jeweils eine der Gebäudeaußenseite zugewandte äußere Begrenzung und eine gegenüberliegende, innere Begrenzung aufweisen, die von einem Steg (8) abstehen, der im Bereich des gebogenen Abschnitts der Führungskanäle (6) eine ringsegmentförmige Verbreiterung (10) aufweist, auf der die Rollen (9) der Rollenbahn gelagert sind, dass die äußere Begrenzung als über alle Abschnitte durchgehender Flansch (7) ausgebildet ist und die innere Begrenzung im Bereich des gebogenen Abschnitts flanschlos ist.
- Gliedertor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschuhe (11) als Fixierstücke ausgebildet sind, durch die die gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Lamellen (4) gegenseitig gegen seitliches Verschieben blockierbar sind.
- Gliedertor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gleitschuhe (11) als Kunststoffteile ausgebildet sind, die mit seitlichen Zapfen (12) in die einen Hohlquerschnitt aufweisenden Lamellen (4) einsteckbar sind.
- Gliedertor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede Lamelle (4) an ihren Enden mit Gleitschuhen (11) versehen ist, wobei einander benachbarte Gleitschuhe (11) jeweils einander zugewandte, konkave Pfannen (15) und diesen zugeordnete, konvexe Köpfe (16) aufweisen, welche die jeweils benachbarte Lamelle (4) übergreifen.
- Gliedertor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede zweite Lamelle (4) an ihren Enden mit Gleitschuhen (11) versehen ist, deren in der Schließstellung der Gebäudeinnenseite zugewandte, bogenförmig gekrümmte Seite (14) an beiden Flanken in einen die jeweils benachbarte Lamelle (4) übergreifenden Kopf (17) übergehen.
- Gliedertor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der über die in der Schließstellung der Gebäudeaußenseite zugewandte Außenseite des Panzers (5) vorstehende Bereich der Gleitschuhe (11) wenigstens eine in Richtung des Überstands konvexe Nocke (18), vorzugsweise zwei durch eine gerade Fläche (19) miteinander verbundene Nocken (18) aufweist.
- Gliedertor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die lamellenferne Stirnseite der Gleitschuhe (11) ballig ist.
- Gliedertor nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungskanäle (6) zumindest im Bereich eines der Flansche (7), vorzugsweise im Bereich der durch die Rollenbahn miteinander verbundenen, der Gebäudeinnenseite zugewandten inneren Flansche (7) des vertikalen und horizontalen Abschnitts einen Gleitbelag (20) aufweisen.
