Claims (17)

  1. Luftansaugvorrichtung für einen mehrzylindrigen Verbrennungsmotor, mit einem Luftfilter (1), der ein Gehäuse (10, 11) aufweist zur Aufnahme einer Filterkartusche und mit einem Einlasssammler (2), der ein Bauteil (20) aufweist, das eine Verteilerkammer (22) enthält, die mit einer Vielzahl von Abzweigungen (5, 7; 8, 9) versehen ist, wovon eine (5) mit einem Druckfühler (3) zusammenwirkt, der den Druckluftwert feststellt im Sammler (2) und in Leitungen (23), die die Verteilerkammer (22) mit den zugehörigen Einlasskanälen im Zylinderkopf des Motors verbinden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abzweigungen auf einem einzigen angebauten Teil (24) angeordnet sind, das am Bauteil (20) befestigt ist oberhalb wenigstens einer zugehörigen Öffnung (26, 27), die in der Verteilerkammer (22) mündet, dass die Abzweigungen (5, 7; 8, 9) auf dem Teil (24) entsprechend ihrer Funktion gruppiert sind und dass jeder Gruppe von Abzweigungen eine angepasste Öffnung (26, 27) entspricht, die das Bauteil (20) durchsetzt, um in der Verteilerkammer (22) zu münden.
  2. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abzweigungen (5, 7; 8, 9) jeweils der Druckmessung, der Verbindung von Rohrleitungen, die zur Zufuhr von brennbaren oder nicht brennbaren Substanzen wie z.B. Kraftstoffdämpfe oder Kurbelgehäusegase zur Verbrennungsluft dienen, und/oder zur Verbindung mit Unterdruckanschlüssen dienen.
  3. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abzweigungen (5, 7; 8, 9) einstückig mit dem Teil (24) ausgebildet sind.
  4. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil aus einer Platte (24) von im Allgemeinen rechtwinkliger Gestalt besteht und dass die Abzweigungen (5, 7; 8, 9) entlang der mittleren Längsachse der Platte (24) angeordnet sind.
  5. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Öffnungen (26, 27) eine langgestreckte Öffnung (123) umfasst, die von einer aus dem Teil (20) hervorspringenden Wand (116) umgeben ist und dass der freie Rand, der die Verbindungsebene der Wand (116) darstellt, eine Nut (29) aufweist zur Aufnahme eines angepassten am Teil (24) vorgesehenen Vorsprungs (64).
  6. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abzweigungen (5, 7, 8) mit angepassten integrierten Verbindungsstutzen (60) versehen sind.
  7. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass alle oder ein Teil der Abzweigungen (406) angepasste Verbindungsstutzen (9) tragen, wobei die Stutzen (9) im Klemmsitz an den Abzweigungen (406) befestigt sind.
  8. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Bauteil (20) und das Teil (24) aus gegossenem Kunststoff bestehen.
  9. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Teil (24) am Bauteil (20) mittels Ultraschallschweißung befestigt ist.
  10. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (10, 11) des Luftfilters eine Halterung (6) aufweist, die zur Aufnahme des Druckfühlers (3) angepasst ist.
  11. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (6) eine integrierte Klemmanordnung (17) aufweist zur leichten Montage und leichten Demontage des Druckfühlers (3).
  12. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (6) einstückig mit dem Gehäuse (10, 11) des Luftfilters (1) ausgebildet ist.
  13. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (10, 11) des Luftfilters (1) sich am Motor über eine elastische Dämpfungsanordnung abstützt.
  14. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse des Luftfilters (1) aus zwei zylindrischen Halbteilen (10, 11) besteht, die in Axialrichtung über eine geeignete Schließanordnung miteinander verbunden sind, wobei das erste Halbteil (10) einen Resonanzraum bildet und das zweite Halbteil (11) die Aufnahme für die Filterkartusche bildet, wobei in ihm die Einlassöffnung (13) und die Auslassöffnung (12) für die Luft integriert sind und wobei das zweite Halbteil (11), das am Motor befestigt wird, die Halterung (6) zur Aufnahme des Druckfühlers (3) aufweist.
  15. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halterung (6) eine Bodenwand (18) aufweist sowie Seitenwände (15), die derart ausgestaltet sind, dass eine oben offene Aufnahme für den Fühler (3) gebildet wird, wobei die Bodenwand (18) in Richtung des Einlasssammlers (2) hervorspringt und dabei von angepassten Rippen (16) getragen wird, sowie eine große Öffnung (19) aufweist, die am freien Rand gegenüber dem Einlasssammler (2) mündet zum Durchlass des Druckanschlusses (4), der den Druckfühler (3) mit dem Einlasssammler (2) verbindet.
  16. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die den beiden seitlichen Enden des Fühlers (3) als gegenüberliegend vorgesehenen Seitenwände (15) mit Vorsprüngen (17) versehen sind, die dazu geeignet sind, sich auf der oberen Fläche des Fühlers (3) abzustützen und somit diesen in der Halterung festzustellen.
  17. Luftansaugvorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der sich zwischen dem Fühler (3) und der entsprechenden vom Einlasssammler (2) getragenen Abzweigung (5) erstreckende Druckanschluss aus einer weichen thermoverformbaren Leitung (4) besteht, die Biegungen (14) aufweist, deren Anzahl wenigstens gleich vier ist.
