Description
Erfindungsgemäß besitzt die Waschvorrichtung im wesentlichen ein sich über die Gesamtbreite der zu reinigenden Zylindermantelfläche erstreckendes Gehäuse. Die Waschvorrichtung eignet sich für das Reinigen von Gummituchzylindern als auch Druckzylindern. Ist die Waschvorrichtung einem Druckzylinder zugeordnet, so ist diese im Bereich einer Greiferbrücke abhebbar. Das Gehäuse hat eine der Zylindermantelfläche zugewandte Öffnung und nimmt eine drehbar gelagerte Waschwalze oder auch ein transportierbares Waschtuch auf. Das Gehäuse weist weiterhin über die Zylinderbreite wenigstens eine angeordnete Reihe von Düsen auf, die der Beaufschlagung der Waschwalze oder des Waschtuches mit einem Reinigungsfluid, vorzugsweise einem vegetabilen Waschmittel und/oder Wasser, dienen. Die Düsen sind mit einer entsprechenden Versorgungsleitung gekoppelt. Am Gehäuse, vorzugsweise im Bereich der Seitenwände, mündet wenigstens eine Zuführleitung in der Nähe des Bodens ein und im Boden, vorzugsweise am tiefsten Punkt, ist wenigstens eine Abflußöffnung für den Rücklauf von verunreinigtem Reinigungsfluid angeordnet. Zusätzlich zu der Versorgungsleitung für die Reihe von Düsen zum Benetzen der Waschwalze / des Waschtuches ist die Zuführleitung in der Nähe des Bodens vorhanden. Die in der Nähe des Gehäusebodens einmündende Zuführleitung ist in einem Kreislauf mit der Abflußöffnung mit Rücklaufleitung und einer zwischengeschalteten Sedimentiereinrichtung gekoppelt. Die Sedimentiereinrichtung trennt das verunreinigte Reinigungsfluid nach dem Prinzip der Schwerkraftabscheidung in wenigstens zwei Bestandteile (Phasen):
- erste Phase - suspendierte Feststoffe mit Wasser (Schmutzwasser) und
- zweite Phase - Waschmittel.

Claims (6)
- Waschvorrichtung zum Reinigen eines Zylinders einer Druckmaschine mit Hilfe einer in einem zur Zylindermantelfläche offenen Gehäuse aufgenommenen, an- und abstellbaren Waschwalze oder einem Waschtuch, wobei in einem Kreislauf aus dem Gehäuse verunreinigtes Reinigungsfluid auf Basis von Waschmittel und Wasser in einen Aufnahmebehälter abführbar ist und regeneriertes Reinigungsfluid zum Benetzen der Waschwalze oder des Waschtuches wieder zuführbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß der Aufnahmebehälter eine das verunreinigte Reinigungsfluid unter Einwirkung der Schwerkraft wenigstens in die Phasen:vorgereinigtes Reinigungsfluid (12) undSchmutzwasser (13) trennende Sedimentiereinrichtung (7) ist,daß die Sedimentiereinrichtung (7) mit einer Zuführleitung (9) für das vorgereinigte Reinigungsfluid (12) gekoppelt ist, wobei die Zuführleitung (9) im mittleren Bereich der Sedimentiereinrichtung (7) beginnend und, unter Zwischenschaltung einer Filtereinheit (8) sowie einer Pumpe, im Gehäuse (2) einmündet,daß der Boden (2) des Gehäuses (2) mit dem vorgereinigten Reinigungsfluid (12) in Richtung einer Strömung (17) über eine mit einer Rücklaufleitung (6) gekoppelte Abflußöffnung (5) freispülbar ist,daß die Rücklaufleitung (6) in der Nähe des Bodens der Sedimentiereinrichtung (7) mündet,daß im oberen Bereich der Sedimentiereinrichtung (7) eine Überlaufleitung (14) für Reinigungsfluid (12) angeordnet ist, die mit einem Aufnahmebehälter (15) gekoppelt ist, unddaß von dem Aufnahmebehälter (15) eine Versorgungsleitung an die Sprühdüsen (20) der Waschvorrichtung (1) zum Benetzen der Waschwalze oder des Waschtuches führt. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß wenigstens eine mit der Zuführleitung (9) gekoppelte Düse (4) im Bereich einer Stirnseite (3) des Gehäuses (2) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß an jeder Stirnseite (3) wenigstens eine Düse (4) mit Zuführleitung (9) gekoppelt ist und wenigstens eine Abflußöffnung (5) mittig am Gehäuse (2) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß mehrere Düsen (4) über die Breite des Gehäuses (2) in Richtung der Strömung (17) verteilt angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Rücklaufleitung (6) mit einer Absaugquelle gekoppelt ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 und 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Beaufschlagung der Düse (4) mit einer Absaugung der Rücklaufleitung (6) kombinierbar ist.
