  • the spot or spots where the varnish has to be applied has to be projected on the rubber blanket sheet, the rubber blanket is then removed and the space on the rubber blanket where the varnish is not to be applied is subsequently cut out and the rubber blanked with the holes replaced.
  • the rubber blanket pad or pads with a self-adhesive layer can be cut in the size of the spot to be varnished and, since the top foil 24 has a coordinate paper on its surface, the pad(s) can be simply applied upon, without having to remove and replace the supporting foil. This procedure simplifies significantly the spotwise varnishing. It is also possible to prepare the supporting foil with the pad or pads and simply fasten it if varnishing is to be accomplished.
  • spot varnishing can be effectuated as well with the printing unit as with the coating unit, in the latter the supporting foil with the varnishing pads being mounted on the forme cylinder. It is further appreciated that envelope printing is effectuated without protective foil 22 on the impression cylinder.

Claims (7)

  1. Vorrichtung an einer Druckmaschine, mit einer Trägerfolie (4), welche auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten je eine Leiste (13) zur Befestigung an den Befestigungsmitteln (16) des Gummituchzylinders (3) eines Druckwerks aufweist, zum Perforieren, Stanzen, Schneiden, Rillen oder Spotlackieren, wobei die Mittel (5) zur Durchführung dieser Arbeiten an der Trägerfolie (4) befestigt sind, die auf dem Gummituchzylinder (3) eines Druckwerks montiert ist, und der Gegendruckzylinder (2), der mit dem Gummituchzylinder (3) zusammenwirkt, beim Perforieren, Stanzen, Schneiden oder Rillen durch eine Schutzfolie (22) geschützt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung auch auf dem Formzylinder (17) eines Lackierwerks (19) montierbar ist, und dass die Trägerfolie (4) auf der Oberseite eine Deckfolie (24) und auf der dem Gummituchzylinder (3) bzw. dem Formzylinder (17) zugewandten Unterseite eine innere Unterlage (15) aufweist, wobei die Dicke der Trägerfolie (4) bzw. der Trägerfolie (4) mit einem Tuchabschnitt oder mehreren Tuchabschnitten zum Spotlackieren, der Dicke des mit der betreffenden Druckmaschine zum Drucken oder Lackieren verwendeten Gummituchs entspricht.
  2. Vorrichtung an einer Druckmaschine, mit einer Trägerfolie (4), welche auf zwei gegenüberliegenden Seiten je eine Leiste (13) zur Befestigung an den Befestigungsmitteln (16) des Gummituchzylinders (3) eines Druckwerks aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung, welche für den Umschlagdruck vorgesehen ist, Mittel zum Umschlagdruck aufweist, wobei ein Gummituchabschnitt (26) an der Stelle, die dem zu bedruckenden Feld des Umschlags entspricht, an der Trägerfolie (4) befestigt wird, welche auf dem mit einem Gegendruckzylinder (2) zusammenwirkenden Gummituchzylinder montiert ist, wobei die Trägerfolie (4) auf der Oberseite eine Deckfolie (24) und auf der dem Gummituchzylinder (3) bzw. dem Formzylinder (17) zugewandten Unterseite eine innere Unterlage (15) aufweist und die Dicke der Trägerfolie (4) bzw. der Trägerfolie (4) mit dem Gummituchabschnitt (26) für den Umschlagdruck der Dicke des mit der betreffenden Druckmaschine zum Drucken oder Lackieren verwendeten Gummituchs entspricht.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Enden der Trägerfolie (4) eine Kante (23) aufweisen, welche in eine entsprechende Nut (25) in den Leisten (13) eingreifen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Deckfolie (24) aus Metall besteht, vorzugsweise aus Chromstahl, oder aus Kunststoff, und dass sie vorzugsweise abnehmbar ist.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzfolie (22) aus Metall oder aus Kunststoff besteht.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die innere Unterlage (15) aus einem Verbund von mindestens einem kalibrierten Kartonbogen (14A) und einem Aluminiumblech (14B) besteht, wobei der erste Kartonbogen auf dem Zylinder (3, 17) aufliegt, auf dem der Verbund montiert wird, und das erste auf dem Kartonbogen aufliegende Aluminiumblech eine Kante (14C) aufweist, die in einen Zylinderkanal des Zylinders eingehängt wird.
  7. Anwendung der Vorrichtung zum Perforieren, Stanzen, Schneiden oder Rillen nach Anspruch 1 in einer Bogenoffsetdruckmaschine oder einer Endlosdruckmaschine mit einem Plattenzylinder (1), einem Gegendruckzylinder (2) mit Schutzfolie (22) und einem Gummituchzylinder (3), der zwischen den zwei Zylindern angeordnet ist und mit dem Gegendruckzylinder zusammenwirkt, wobei der Gummituchzylinder eine Trägerfolie (4) und dieselbe Mittel (5) zum Perforieren, Stanzen, Schneiden oder Rillen aufweist.
