Die Schließstellung einer derartigen Verpackung ist häufig unbefriedigend. Es ist deshalb eine Schließhilfe vorgesehen, die aus einer Schließlasche (35) im Bereich einer Kragen-Vorderwand (24) einerseits und einem Deckel-Innenlappen (36) an der Innenseite einer Deckel-Vorderwand (17) andererseits besteht. Description

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Klappschachtel für Zigaretten oder andere Gegenstände, bestehend aus einem Schachtelteil und einem mit diesem im Bereich einer Schachtel-Rückwand schwenkbar verbundenen Deckel , sowie aus einem Kragen, dessen Kragen-Vorderwand mit dem Schachtelteil im Bereich einer Schachtel-Vorderwand verbunden ist, wobei der Kragen mit einem Kragen-Oberteil aus dem Schachtelteil herausragt und die Kragen-Vorderwand eine nach oben offene Ausnehmung aufweist, die einen Kragen-Streifen oberhalb einer durch die Schachtel-Vorderwand gebildeten Schließkante begrenzt.
Klappschachteln - auch "Hinge-Lid"-Packungen genannt - sind ein weit verbreiteter Verpackungstyp für Zigaretten, aber auch für andere Gegenstände. Klappschachteln bestehen aus dünnem Karton. Überwiegend ist der Kragen durch einen gesonderten Zuschnitt gebildet - ebenfalls aus dünnem Karton. Ein Kragen-Unterteil ist durch Klebung im Schachtelteil verankert. Der Packungsinhalt - eine Gruppe von Zigaretten - ist üblicherweise von einer Innenumhüllung aus Papier oder Stanniol umgeben und bildet so einen den Innenraum der Klappschachtel ausfüllenden Zigaretten-Block.
Bei diesem Verpackungstyp ist häufig die Schließstellung des Deckels nach erstmaliger Ingebrauchnahme nicht ausreichend präzise. Dieses Problem besteht vor allem bei Klappschachteln mit abgerundeten Längskanten (Rundkanten-Packung) oder mit abgeschrägten bzw. polygonalen Längskanten (Achteck-Packung).
Eine große Anzahl von Schließhilfen für die vorgenannten Packungen ist bekannt. Die Erfindung befaßt sich ebenfalls vorrangig mit diesem Thema.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, eine Schließhilfe für Klappschachteln vorzuschlagen, die auch nach längerem Gebrauch eine präzise Schließstellung des Deckels gewährleistet und die andererseits nur geringfügige Abweichungen von einer konventionell ausgebildeten Klappschachtel erfordert.
Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Klappschachtel dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Ausnehmung der Kragen-Vorderwand eine gegen diese bzw. gegen den KragenStreifen umgefaltete Schließlasche gebildet ist, die in Schließstellung des Deckels mit einem innen an einer Deckel-Vorderwand anliegenden Deckel-Innenlappen in Eingriff kommt.
Die an der Kragen-Vorderwand außen anliegende Schließlasche kommt bei geschlossenem Deckel in Eingriff mit dem Deckel -Innenlappen, und zwar im Sinne einer Verhakung an einer Gegenkante dieses Deckel-Innenlappens.
Erfindungsgemäß ist der Kragen - bis auf die Schließlasche - konventionell ausgebildet. Die Schließlasche ist als schmaler Material streifen an einer Begrenzungskante der Ausnehmung angebracht, und zwar mit geringer Abmessung als die Ausnehmung. Ein schmaler Material streifen wird zur Bildung der Schließlasche nach unten gegen die Vorderseite des Kragen-Streifens umgefaltet. Der Deckel-Innenlappen ist so gestaltet, daß die aufeinander abgestützten Schließorgane, nämlich die Schließlasche einerseits und der Deckel- Innenlappen andererseits, den Bereich des Kragen-Streifens abdecken, also zusammen der Breite bzw. Höhe des Kragen-Streifens entsprechen.
Weitere Merkmale der Erfindung beziehen sich auf die Ausgestaltung der Klappschachtel bzw. eines Zuschnitts für diese, insbesondere im Bereich des Deckels sowie auf die Ausgestaltung des Kragens.
Ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert. Es zeigt:

In den Zeichnungen wird als bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel eine Klappschachtel besonderer Form gezeigt, nämlich mit Rundkanten. Andere Ausführungen von Klappschachteln können analog gestaltet sein.
Die Klappschachtel besteht aus einem Schachtelteil 10 und einem Deckel 11. Diese Teile der Klappschachtel sind einstückig miteinander verbunden. Der Schachtelteil 10 wird durch eine Schachtel-Vorderwand 12, eine Schachtel-Rückwand 13, durch Schachtel-Seitenwände 14, 15 und einen Boden 16 gebildet. Analog hierzu besteht der Deckel 11 aus Deckel-Vorderwand 17, Deckel-Rückwand 18, Deckel-Seitenwände 19 und 20 sowie einer oberen Stirnwand 21. Die Schachtel-Seitenwände 14, 15 und entsprechend die Deckel-Seitenwände 19, 20 sind doppellagig ausgebildet, bestehen nämlich aus durch Klebung miteinander verbundenen Seitenlappen.
Schachtelteil 10 und Deckel 11 sind im Bereich der Schachtel-Rückwand 13 und der Deckel-Rückwand 18 durch eine quergerichtete Scharnierlinie 22 schwenkbar miteinander verbunden.
Zur Klappschachtel gehört weiterhin ein Kragen 23. Dieser besteht aus einer Kragen-Vorderwand 24 und Kragen-Seitenlappen 25, 26. Der Kragen 23 besteht hier aus einem gesonderten Zuschnitt aus dünnem Karton (Fig. 5). Alternativ kann der Kragen einstückig mit dem Zuschnitt der Klappschachtel verbunden sein. Der Kragen 23 ist mit einem Kragen-Unterteil 27 im Schachtelteil 10 positioniert. Die Kragen-Vorderwand liegt innenseitig an der Schachtel-Vorderwand 12 an. Die Kragen-Seitenlappen 25, 26 liegen innen an den Schachtel-Seitenwänden 14 und 15 an. Der Kragen 23 ist durch Klebung mit dem Schachtelteil 10 verbunden. Ein Kragen-Oberteil 28 ragt aus dem Schachtelteil 10 heraus.
Als Packungsinhalt ist im vorliegenden Falle eine Gruppe von Zigaretten 29 vorgesehen. Diese sind von einer Innenumhüllung aus Papier oder Stanniol umgeben und bilden so einen Zigarettenblock 30 als Packungsinhalt.
In Schließstellung umfaßt der Deckel 11 den Kragen-Oberteil 28. Eine obere Begrenzung des Schachtel teils 10 bildet eine Schließkante 31. Die Deckel-Vorderwand 17 liegt in Schließstellung mit einer Unterkante 32 an der Schließkante 31 des Schachtelteils 10 an. Diese und die Unterkante 32 verlaufen im Bereich der Schachtel-Seitenwände 14, 15 bzw. Deckel-Seitenwände 19, 20 schräg ansteigend.
Aufrechte Packungskanten 33 sowohl des Schachtel teils 10 als auch des Deckels 11 sind abgerundet unter Anpassung an die Abmessung der Zigaretten 29. Auch aufrechte Kragenkanten 34 sind entsprechend abgerundet (Viertelkreis) ausgebildet.
In Schließstellung des Deckels 11 wird eine Schließhilfe wirksam. Diese besteht aus einer Schließlasche 35 am Schachtelteil 10 bzw. an der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 und aus einem Gegenorgan am Deckel 11, und zwar einem Deckel-Innenlappen 36. Schließlasche 35 und Deckel-Innenlappen 36 kommen in Schließstellung des Deckels 11 formschlüssig miteinander in Eingriff, und zwar im Sinne einer wechselseitigen Verhakung (Fig. 3, Fig. 4).
Die Schließlasche 35 ist so angeordnet und ausgebildet, daß eine Änderung der Gestaltung des Kragens 23 gegenüber herkömmlichen Ausbildungen nicht bzw. nur in geringem Umfange erforderlich ist. Der Kragen 23 ist üblicherweise im Bereich der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 mit einer nach oben offenen, muldenartigen Ausnehmung 37 versehen. Diese soll bei der Benutzung der Klappschachtel die Entnahme der Zigaretten erleichtern. Eine Begrenzungskante der Ausnehmung 37 verläuft geschwungen und bildet als untere, mittlere Begrenzung der Ausnehmung 37 einen horizontalen bzw. quergerichteten Kantenabschnitt 38. Dieser verläuft etwa parallel zur Schließkante 31 der Schachtel-Vorderwand 12. Zwischen dieser Schließkante 31 und dem Kantenabschnitt 38 bildet die Kragen-Vorderwand 24 einen Kragen-Streifen 39, der aufgrund der Gestaltung einer Klappschachtel eine bestimmte, vorgegebene Höhe bzw. Breite hat, nämlich üblicherweise etwa 6 bis 7 mm beträgt.
Die Schließlasche 35 als Teil der Schließhilfe ist an der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 im Bereich des Kantenabschnitts 38 gebildet und mit dieser verbunden. In Ausgangsstellung (Fig. 5) ragt die Schließlasche 35 in die Ausnehmung 37. Die Schließlasche 35 ist jedoch deutlich kürzer (Abmessung in Richtung des Kantenabschnitts 38) als dieser Kantenabschnitt 38. Weiterhin ist von Bedeutung, daß die Schließlasche 35 nur eine geringe Höhe 40 aufweist, nämlich von etwa 3 mm bis 4 mm. Die Schließlasche 35 ist gegenüber der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 durch eine sich in Verlängerung des Kantenabschnitts 38 erstreckende Faltlinie 41 abgegrenzt. Diese kann als Perforationslinie ausgebildet sein, um das Umfalten der Schließlasche 35 zu erleichtern. In der wirksamen Stellung ist nämlich die Schließlasche 35 gegen die Außenseite der Kragen-Vorderwand 24 umgefaltet (Fig. 3, Fig. 4). Die Schließlasche 35 ist dabei vorzugsweise unter einem spitzen Winkel zur Kragen-Vorderwand 24 gerichtet. Die Länge der Schließlasche beträgt beispielsweise 25 mm.
Als Gegenstück der Schließhilfe hat der Deckel-Innenlappen 36 mindestens in einem Verhakungsbereich eine sehr geringe Querabmessung 42, nämlich von etwa 3 mm bis 4 mm. In der Schließstellung des Deckels liegt der Deckel-Innenlappen 36 unterhalb der Schließlasche 35, derart, daß Deckel-Innenlappen 36 und Schließlasche 35 eine Verhakung bilden (Fig. 3, Fig. 4). Die Abmessungen der Schließlasche 35 und des Deckel-Innenlappens 36 sind dabei so aufeinander abgestimmt, daß sie zusammen, also aneinanderschließend (Fig. 3, Fig. 4) der Höhe bzw. Breite des Kragen-Streifens 39 entsprechen.
Bei dem gezeigten vorteilhaften Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Deckel-Innenlappen 36 im mittleren Bereich mit einer Vertiefung 43 versehen. Diese hat in Querrichtung des Zuschnitts (Fig. 6) eine Abmessung, die etwas größer ist als die Länge der Schließlasche 35. Es entsteht dadurch ein mittlerer Bereich des Deckel-Innenlappens 36 mit deutlich reduzierter Querabmessung 42. Dieser Bereich wirkt als Verhakungsteil 44 mit der Schließlasche 35 zusammen. Letztere bildet eine nach unten weisende, quergerichtete Stützkante 45. Diese liegt in Schließstellung an der nach oben gerichteten Gegenkante 46 des Deckel-Innenlappens 36 bzw. des Verhakungsteils 44 an. Die Schließlasche 35 tritt aufgrund der Schrägstellung in die Vertiefung 43 des DeckelInnenlappens 36 ein. Dadurch entsteht die formschlüssige Verankerung des Deckels 11 am Kragen 23. Beim Schließen des Deckels 11 kommt es zu einem Rasteffekt. Beim Öffnen ist lediglich eine geringe Schließkraft zu überwinden.
Der Deckel-Innenlappen 36 ist an der Innenseite der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 verankert, und zwar durch Klebung. Im vorliegenden Falle ist Wert darauf gelegt, daß vor allem der Verhakungsteil 44 fest und dauerhaft an der Deckel-Vorderwand 17 befestigt ist. Zu diesem Zweck sind Leimpunkte 47 als Verbindungsmittel vorgesehen. Im Bereich des Verhakungsteils 44 sind hier drei Leimpunkte 47 vorgesehen. Weitere Leimpunkte 47 befinden sich am freien Rand des Deckel-Innenlappens 36 im Bereich von seitlichen Verbreiterungen 48.
Der Kragen 23 ist so ausgebildet, daß dessen Zuschnitte (Fig. 5) von einer fortlaufenden Materialbahn in der Breite des Kragens 23 abfallfrei durch einen quergerichteten Trennschnitt hergestellt werden können. Eine bei einem Kragen 23 übliche, nach unten gerichtete Zunge 49 in der Größe und Form der Ausnehmung 37 ist am unteren Endbereich mit einem Ausschnitt 50 versehen. Dieser entspricht in Form und Größe der Schließlasche 35.
Die Fertigung der Verpackung ist in herkömmlicher Weise möglich. Das äußere Erscheinungsbild weicht selbst in geöffneter Stellung (Fig. 2) nur geringfügig von einer herkömmlichen Klappschachtel ab.

Claims (7)

  1. Klappschachtel für Zigaretten (29) oder andere Gegenstände, bestehend aus einem Schachtelteil (10) und einem mit diesem im Bereich einer Schachtel-Rückwand (13) schwenkbar verbundenen Deckel (11), sowie mit einem Kragen (23), dessen Kragen-Vorderwand (24) mit dem Schachtelteil (10) im Bereich einer Schachtel-Vorderwand (12) verbunden ist, wobei der Kragen (23) mit einem Kragen-Oberteil (28) aus dem Schachtelteil (10) herausragt und die Kragen-Vorderwand eine nach oben offene Ausnehmung (37) aufweist, die einen Kragen-Streifen (39) oberhalb einer durch die Schachtel-Vorderwand (12) gebildeten Schließkante (31) begrenzt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Bereich der Ausnehmung (37) der Kragen-Vorderwand (24) eine gegen diese (nach unten) umgefaltete Schließlasche (35) angeordnet ist, die in Schließstellung des Deckels (11) mit einem innen an einer Deckel-Vorderwand (17) anliegenden Deckel-Innenlappen (36) in Eingriff ist.
  2. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schließlasche (35) als schmales, streifenförmiges Gebilde im Bereich eines quergerichteten, die Ausnehmung (37) der Kragen-Vorderwand (24) begrenzenden Kantenabschnitts (38) angeordnet und entlang einer Faltlinie (41) in Verlängerung des Kantenabschnitts (38) nach unten umfaltbar ist, insbesondere in eine Position unter einem spitzen Winkel zur Kragen-Vorderwand (24).
  3. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel-Innenlappen (36) im Bereich des Schließeingriffs mit der Schließlasche (35) ein schmaler Materialstreifen ist unter Bildung eines Verhakungsteils (44), dessen freie Gegenkante (46) mit einer Stützkante (45) der Schließlasche (35) in Eingriff ist.
  4. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abmessung, nämlich Höhe (40) der Schließlasche (35) und die entsprechende AbmesSung, nämlich Querabmessung (42) des Verhakungsteils (44) des Deckel-Innenlappens (36) zusammen etwa der Breite des KragenStreifens (39) entspricht.
  5. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel-Innenlappen (36) zur Bildung des (schmalen) Verhakungsteils (44) eine Vertiefung (43) aufweist, deren Abmessung in Längsrichtung des Deckel-Innenlappens (36) etwas größer ist als die entsprechende Abmessung der Schließlasche (35), derart, daß diese in Schließstellung des Deckels (11) in die Vertiefung (43) des Deckel-Innenlappens (36) eintritt.
  6. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Deckel-Innenlappen (36) durch Verleimung vollflächig mit der Deckel-Vorderwand (17) verbunden ist, vorzugsweise durch Leimpunkte (47), wobei im Bereich des Verhakungsteils (44) mehrere, vorzugsweise drei Leimpunkte in Reihe nebeneinander angeordnet sind.
  7. Klappschachtel nach Anspruch 1 oder einem der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der aus einem gesonderten Zuschnitt bestehende Kragen (23) im Bereich einer nach unten gerichteten Zunge (49) einen Ausschnitt (50) aufweist, der in Größe und Anordnung der Schließlasche (35) entspricht.
