Claims (9)
- Betonverteilermast für stationäre und mobile Betonpumpen mit mehreren an Knickgelenken (A,B,C) miteinander verbundenen, zumindest teilweise ein Kasten- oder Rohrprofil aufweisenden Mastarmen (1,2, 3) und einer aus mehreren, vorzugsweise über Rohrbögen (36',36'') und Drehkupplungen (38) gelenkig miteinander verbundenen, entlang den einzelnen Mastarmen (1,2,3) geführten und an diesen befestigten Rohrsegmenten (34',34'',34''') bestehenden Betonförderleitung (34), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eines der Rohrsegmente (34') der Betonförderleitung (34) zumindest abschnittsweise durch den Innenraum (48) einer der ein Kasten- oder Rohrprofil aufweisenden Mastarme (1) hindurchgeführt ist.
- Betonverteilermast nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der betreffende Mastarm (1) mindestens eine den Innenraum (48) quer durchsetzende Schottwand (56) aufweist, die einen Durchbruch für den Durchtritt des Rohrsegments (34') aufweist.
- Betonverteilermast nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß im Innenraum (48) des betreffenden Mastarms (1) ein Führungsrohr (54') oder eine Wanne (54'') zur Aufnahme des Rohrsegments (34') angeordnet ist.
- Betonverteilermast nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Führungsrohr (54') oder die Wanne (54'') aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Betonverteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Mastarm (1) zwei durch eine Kröpfung (40) miteinander verbundene Armabschnitte (42,44) aufweist, und daß das Rohrsegment (34') durch den Innenraum (48) eines der beiden Armabschnitte (44) von einer Öffnung im Bereich der Kröpfung (40) aus bis zum gelenkseitigen Ende dieses Armabschnitts hindurchgreift und am anderen Armabschnitt (42) außenseitig befestigt ist.
- Betonverteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Mastarm (1) durchgreifende Abschnitt (52) des Rohrsegments (34') einstückig ausgebildet ist.
- Betonverteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch den Innenraum (48) mindestens eines der Mastarme (1,2,3) hydraulische und/oder elektrische Versorgungs- und/oder Meßleitungen hindurchgeführt sind.
- Betonverteilermast nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Außenwand des ein Kasten- oder Rohrprofil aufweisenden Mastarms (1) eine Montage- und Wartungsöffnung angeordnet ist.
- Betonfahrmischer mit Betonpumpe gekennzeichnet durch einen Betonverteilermast (42) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8.
