Claims (12)
- Dispositif pour refouler à l'intérieur du tube (1) d'un canon (2) une munition (5) prélevée dans un magasin (3) de chargement du tube (1), et pour retirer du tube (1) une munition (5) pour la replacer dans le magasin (3), ce dispositif comportant un organe d'entraínement (8) adapté à se déplacer sensiblement dans la direction de l'axe (6) du tube (1) alternativement entre une position arrière, dans laquelle l'organe d'entraínement (8) est situé à l'opposé du tube (1) par rapport au magasin (3), et une position avant dans laquelle l'organe d'entraínement (8)est situé à proximité du tube (1), au moins une griffe (9) étant montée de manière pivotante sur ledit organe d'entraínement (8), caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte :un second organe (10) mobile en direction axiale par rapport à l'organe d'entraínement (8) et comprenant des moyens pour écarter radialement les griffes (9) vers l'extérieur lorsqu'il se déplace en direction axiale d'un mouvement relatif par rapport à l'organe d'entraínement (8) au voisinage de la position avant de celui-ci pour permettre aux griffes (9) de venir en prise avec des moyens complémentaires d'une munition (5) en vue de la retirer du tube (1) et de ramener cette dernière dans le magasin (3) lorsque l'organe d'entraínement (8) revient de sa position avant jusqu'à sa position arrière,des moyens de rappel élastique (16) agencés entre l'organe d'entraínement (8) et le second organe mobile (10) pour rappeler en permanence ce second organe mobile (10) vers l'avant vers une position avancée déterminée dans laquelle le second organe mobile (10) fait saillie axialement vers l'avant par rapport à l'organe d'entraínement (8) ;des moyens reliés à l'organe d'entraínement (8), constitués par au moins un élément formant verrou (23) et adaptés à coopérer avec des moyens complémentaires fixes (33) placés au voisinage de la position arrière dudit organe d'entraínement (8), pour verrouiller le second organe mobile (10) par rapport à l'organe d'entraínement (8) au début d'une manoeuvre de refoulement, et pour déverrouiller ledit second organe mobile (10) lorsque l'organe d'entraínement (8) revient dans sa position arrière à la fin d'une manoeuvre de refoulement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de rappel élastique comprennent au moins un ressort (16) s'étendant en direction axiale dont une extrémité (19) est fixée à l'organe d'entraínement (8) et dont l'autre extrémité (17) est fixée au second organe mobile (10).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que chaque ressort (16) est un ressort de traction qui a son extrémité arrière (17) fixée au second organe mobile (10) et qui a son extrémité avant (19) fixée à une goupille (20) elle-même fixée à l'organe d'entraínement (8) et qui pénètre dans un évidement (21), s'étendant en direction axiale, du second organe mobile (10), l'extrémité arrière (22) dudit évidement (21) définissant la position avancée prédéterminée dudit second organe mobile (10).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant verrou (23) est mobile dans une direction sensiblement perpendiculaire à la direction de l'axe (6) du tube (1) et en ce que le second organe mobile (10) comporte une ouverture (24) dans laquelle peut pénétrer l'élément formant verrou (23).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture (24) est située vers l'avant par rapport à l'élément formant verrou (23) lorsque le second organe mobile (10) est dans sa position avancée prédéterminée par rapport à l'organe d'entraínement (8).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'élément formant verrou (23) est maintenu dans la position qu'il occupe par rapport à l'organe d'entraínement (8) par au moins un élément presseur (27) poussé par un ressort (28) s'étendant sensiblement en direction axiale.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les moyens complémentaires (33) sont agencés pour solliciter l'élément formant verrou (23) dans le sens selon lequel ce dernier peut pénétrer dans l'ouverture (24) au début d'une manoeuvre de refoulement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens complémentaires sont constitués d'au moins un levier basculant (33) sollicité par un ressort (34) et s'étendant sensiblement en direction axiale sur une longueur prédéterminée suffisante pour permettre à l'élément formant verrou (23) de pénétrer dans l'ouverture (24) au début d'une manoeuvre de refoulement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que les moyens complémentaires (33) comprennent également des moyens formant came (37) adaptés à coopérer avec un chanfrein (32) de l'élément formant verrou (23) pour ramener ce dernier dans sa position déverrouillée lorsque l'organe d'entraínement (8) revient dans sa position arrière.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le second organe mobile (10) comporte, pour chaque griffe (9), un tronçon de came (42) adapté à coopérer avec un élément complémentaire formant galet de came (43) de ladite griffe (9) pour écarter ladite griffe (9) radialement vers l'extérieur, contre l'action d'un ressort (44) antagoniste, lorsque le second organe mobile (10) se déplace d'un mouvement relatif par rapport à l'organe d'entraínement (8) alors que l'élément formant verrou (23) est dans sa position déverrouillée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce qu'il comporte des moyens fixes (53) adaptés à coopérer avec chaque corps de griffe (90) et agencés de façon à écarter chaque griffe (9) radialement vers l'extérieur lorsque l'organe d'entraínement (8) revient dans sa position arrière.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'organe d'entraínement (8a) est un fourreau de forme sensiblement cylindrique portant trois pinces (9) articulées, et en ce que le second organe mobile (10a) est un coulisseau cylindrique coaxial avec le fourreau (8a) et se déplaçant à l'intérieur de ce dernier.
