- la figure 1 est un schéma représentant, en coupe partielle selon un plan passant par l'axe du tube et parallèle à la direction de déplacement du coin de culasse, d'un mode de réalisation de la culasse d'une pièce d'artillerie selon le second aspect de la présente invention, cette culasse étant équipée d'un dispositif de mise de feu selon le premier aspect de l'invention ;
- la figure 2 est une vue schématique depuis l'avant d'un mode de réalisation du dispositif de mise de feu selon le premier aspect de la présente invention fixé au manchon de culasse d'une pièce d'artillerie ;

Claims (15)
- Dispositif (6) de mise de feu pour artillerie par percussion d'une étoupille (9), ce dispositif (6) comportant une tige de percussion (12) adaptée à coulisser en direction axiale à l'intérieur d'un boítier (13), dans le sens de percussion(15) vers l'avant (14) du boítier (13) ou dans le sens opposé vers l'arrière (16) de celui-ci, des moyens pour faire reculer la tige (12) vers l'arrière du boítier (13) jusqu'à sa position armée contre l'effet d'un ressort d'armement antagoniste (17), des moyens formant verrou (18) adaptés à venir en prise avec des moyens complémentaires pour verrouiller la tige (12) dans sa position armée, des moyens pour déplacer les moyens formant verrou (18) de façon à libérer la tige (12), des moyens pour replacer la tige (12) en position armée verrouillée en cas de long feu, et un coulisseau (19) adapté à coulisser en direction axiale à l'intérieur du boítier (13), la tige (12) étant elle-même adaptée à coulisser en direction axiale par rapport au coulisseau (19) sous l'action ou contre l'effet du ressort d'armement antagoniste (17) qui est disposé entre le coulisseau (19) et la tige (12), caractérisé en ce que les moyens formant verrou (18) sont montés sur le coulisseau (19) ou sur la tige (12) et sont adaptés à verrouiller la tige (12) en position armée par rapport au coulisseau (19), en ce que le dispositif (6) comporte en outre des moyens de rappel adaptés, en cas de long feu, à ramener vers l'arrière (16) du boítier (13) le coulisseau (19) et la tige (12) dans des positions de long feu prédéterminées respectives, et des moyens pour déplacer le coulisseau (19) ou la tige (12) l'un par rapport à l'autre à partir desdites positions de long feu prédéterminées respectives afin de replacer la tige (12) dans sa position armée verrouillée par rapport au coulisseau (19).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de rappel comprennent des moyens élastiques (20) agissant entre le boítier (13) et le coulisseau (19) et adaptés à ramener le coulisseau (19) dans sa position de long feu prédéterminée par rapport au boítier (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de rappel comprennent des moyens (22) du coulisseau (19) adaptés à venir en prise avec des moyens complémentaires (23) de la tige (12) pour ramener la tige (12) dans sa position de long feu prédéterminée lorsque les moyens de rappel ramènent le coulisseau (19) dans sa position de long feu prédéterminée.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de rappel comprennent des moyens (22) en saillie vers l'intérieur du coulisseau (19) adaptés à venir en prise avec des moyens (23) en saillie vers l'extérieur de la tige (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour déplacer le coulisseau (19) ou la tige (12) l'un par rapport à l'autre comprennent des moyens d'engrenage complémentaires montés respectivement sur le boítier (13) et sur le coulisseau (19) ou sur la tige (12) et adaptés à déplacer le coulisseau (19) vers l'avant (14) ou la tige (12) vers l'arrière (16) du boítier (13) lorsqu'on actionne ces moyens.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'engrenage complémentaires comprennent un pignon (27) monté de façon rotative sur le boítier (13) et en prise avec des moyens complémentaires (28) montés sur le coulisseau (19) ou sur la tige (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le pignon (27) est solidaire en rotation d'une poulie (29) sur laquelle est enroulé un cordon (30) permettant de commander à distance la rotation de la poulie (29).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 5 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour déplacer le coulisseau (19) ou la tige (12) l'un par rapport à l'autre comprennent une butée effaçable (32) montée sur la tige (12) ou sur le coulisseau (19) et adaptée à venir en prise avec une conformation complémentaire (38) du boítier (13) pour s'opposer au déplacement de la tige (12) vers l'avant (14) ou du coulisseau (19) vers l'arrière (16) du boítier (13) quand on actionne les moyens pour déplacer le coulisseau (19) ou la tige (12) l'un par rapport à l'autre.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le coulisseau (19) et la tige (12) comportent respectivement des moyens complémentaires (43, 44 ; 40, 42) pour effacer la butée effaçable (32) lorsque la tige (12) est arrivée dans sa position armée par rapport au coulisseau (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les moyens formant verrou (18) sont adaptés à verrouiller la tige (12) en position armée par rapport au coulisseau (19) lorsque la tige (12) est dans sa position arrière par rapport au coulisseau (19).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les moyens pour déplacer les moyens formant verrou (18) de façon à libérer la tige (12) comportent des moyens pour déplacer le coulisseau (19) par rapport au boítier (13) vers l'avant (14) de celui-ci, et des moyens complémentaires situés respectivement sur les moyens formant verrou (18) et sur le boítier (13) dans des positions prédéterminées de façon à déplacer les moyens formant verrou (18) et à libérer la tige (12) lorsque le coulisseau (19) et la tige (12) sont dans des positions respectives situées vers l'avant (14) du boítier (13) par rapport à leurs positions de long feu respectives correspondantes.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens complémentaires comprennent au moins une surface de came (54) et un organe (53) formant galet de came disposés l'un(e) sur le boítier (13), l'autre sur les moyens formant verrou (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 11 ou 12 et selon les revendications 2, 3, 7, 9 et 10, caractérisé en ce que le pignon (27) est en prise avec des moyens d'engrenage complémentaires (28) ménagés sur le coulisseau (19), en ce que la position de long feu du coulisseau (19) est sa position arrière par rapport au boítier (13), en ce que la butée effaçable (32) est montée sur la tige (12), et en ce que le cordon (30) est enroulé sur la poulie (29) de façon telle, et le pignon (27) et les moyens d'engrenage complémentaires (28) du coulisseau (19) sont disposés de façon telle, qu'une traction sur le cordon (30) fait déplacer le coulisseau (19) vers l'avant (14) du boítier (13).
- Pièce d'artillerie comportant un dispositif de mise de feu par percussion d'une étoupille (9), caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte un dispositif (6) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13.
- Pièce d'artillerie selon la revendication 14, comportant un coin de culasse (4) mobile entre les joues d'un manchon (5) de culasse, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de mise de feu (6) est fixé au manchon de culasse (5), et en ce que le coin de culasse (4) comporte des moyens pour faire reculer la tige de percussion (12) vers l'arrière (16) du boítier (13) jusqu'à sa position armée lorsque le coin (4) se déplace de sa position culasse fermée à sa position culasse ouverte après le tir d'une munition.
