Claims (11)
- Bodenbeschichtung bestehend aus mehreren übereinander liegenden Schichten, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Schichten (2, 3) übereinander liegen, die zumindest im wesentlichen aus Polyurethan bestehen.
- Bodenbeschichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest in der oberen Schacht (3) Beimengungen (4) von Quarzsand, Quarzmehl und/oder Korund enthalten sind. - Bodenbeschichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anteil der Beimengungen (4) in der jeweiligen Schicht (2, 3) zwischen 20 % und 50 % beträgt. - Bodenbeschichtung nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Korngröße des überwiegenden Teiles der Beimengungen (3) zwischen 0,1 mm und 0,5 mm liegt. - Bodenbeschichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Viskosität der unteren Schicht (2) beim Aufbringen zwischen 2.000 und 9.000 mPa s liegt. - Bodenbeschichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Viskosität der oberen Schicht (3) beim Aufbringen zwischen 9.000 und 21.000 mPa s liegt. - Bodenbeschichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest in der oberen Schicht (3) ein lichtbeständiger Härter vorhanden ist. - Bodenbeschichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Adhäsion zwischen den beiden Schichten (2, 3) zwischen 1,5N und 6N beträgt. - Verfahren zum Herstellen einer Bodenbeschichtung entsprechend einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei zwei übereinanderliegenden Schichten zuerst die untere Schicht (2) aufgebracht wird, wobei die obere Schicht (3) vor dem vollständigen Aushärten der unteren Schicht (2) aufgebracht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beimengungen (4) vor dem Auftragen der Schicht (2, 3) untergemischt werden. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Beimengungen (4) nach dem Auftragen der Schicht (2, 3) frühzeitig zu Beginn des Aushärtens der Schicht (2, 3) aufgebracht werden.
