Description
Insbesondere beim Eintreiben von langen Befestigungselementen ist der Arbeitshub des Treibkolbens lang und die verwendete Treibladung entsprechend stark. Der von einer derartigen Treibladung erzeugte, hohe Treibgasdruck bewirkt nach einem erfolgten Setzvorgang eine schnelle Beschleunigung des Treibkolbens zurück in seine Ausgangsstellung. Dabei kann es zum Abprallen des Treibkolbens im zündseitigen Bereich des Setzgerätes kommen, so dass sich dieser wiederum mit hoher Geschwindigkeit in Setzrichtung bewegt und dabei mit seiner Kolbenstange wiederum in die Projektionsfläche der lichten Querschnittsfläche des Führungselementes eintaucht. Dabei kann das nächste, in dem Befestigungselementemagazin angeordnete Befestigungselement, das gegenüber der Führungsbohrung der Bolzenführung noch nicht richtig ausgerichtet ist, von der Kolbenstange des Treibkolbens getroffen und beschädigt werden. Eine Beschädigung kann in diesem Zusammenhang auch an dem Treibkolben oder an der Bolzenführung auftreten.

Claims (6)
- Pulverkraftbetriebenes Setzgerät mit einem Gehäuse (1) und eine, setzrichtungsseitig das Gehäuse (1) überragenden, gegenüber dem Gehäuse (1) axial versetzbaren Bolzenführung (3), mit einem im wesentlichen senkrecht zu dessen Längserstreckung verlaufenden Führungskanal (4) für ein federbelastetes, streifenförmiges Befestigungselementemagazin (6) sowie einem an der Bolzenführung (3) angeordneten Anschlag (7), der In die Projektion der lichten Querschnittsfläche des Führungskanals (4) ragt, wobei an der Bolzenführung (3) ein schwenkbarer Hebel (8) angeordnet ist, der beim Versetzen der Bolzenführung (3) zum Gehäuse (1) hin beim Zusammenwirken mit dem Gehäuse (1) in die Projektion der lichten Querschnittsfläche des Führungskanals (4) schwenkbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (8) in einer senkrecht zur Längserstreckung der Bolzenführung (3) verlaufenden Ebene schwenkbar ist.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet dass der Hebel (8) mit einer dem Gehäuse (1) zugeordneten Steuerkurve (13) zusammenwirkt.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Hebel (8) und dem Gehäuse (1) ein parallel zur Längserstreckung der Bolzenführung (3) versetzbares, die Steuerkurve (13) aufweisendes Steuerelement (14) angeordnet ist.
- Setzgerät nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Steuerelement (14) von einem an der Bolzenführung (3) angeordneten Stift gebildet ist, der in Setzrichtung gegen die Kraft eines Federelementes (15) versetzbar ist
- Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (8) gegen die Kraft eines Federteiles (16) in die Projektion der lichten Querschnittsfläche des Führungskanals (4) schwenkbar ist.
- Setzgerät nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Hebel (8) zweiarmig ausgebildet ist, wobei ein erster Arm (9) mit dem Befestigungselementemagazin (6) und ein zweiter Arm (10) mit der Steuerkurve (13) zusammenwirkt.
