Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zur Entfernung von Papierbahnresten von einem Band, insbesondere zur Entfernung der Papierbahn (64) von einem Filz (30, 42) bei einem Bahnabriß, gekennzeichnet durch eine Blaseinrichtung (22), die mindestens eine sich über die Papierbahnbreite erstreckende Ausblasöffnung (24) umfaßt, die mit Druckluft in Richtung auf die Papierbahn (64) beaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Einrichtung (72) zur Erkennung eines Bahnabrisses vorgesehen ist, die mit der Blaseinrichtung (22) zur automatischen Aktivierung der Druckluftzufuhr bei Detektion eines Bahnabrisses gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blaseinrichtung (22) nach einem Preßspalt (34) an einem Unterfilz (42) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blaseinrichtung nach einem Preßspalt (34) an einem Oberfilz (30) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausblasöffnung (24) dem Einlaufzwickel der nachfolgenden Walze zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehrern der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausblasöffnung (24) an das umlaufende Band (42) derart angedrückt ist, daß sich ein Ablenkwinkel des Bandes (42) von etwa 3° bis 10° ergibt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Blaseinrichtung (22) eine Befeuchtungseinrichtung (26) vorgesehen ist.
- Verfahren zur Entfernung von Papierbahnresten von einem Band, insbesondere zur Entfernung der Papierbahn (64) von einem Filz (30, 42) bei einem Bahnabriß, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Druckluft durch das Band in Richtung auf die Papierbahn (64) geblasen wird, um Papierbahnreste oder die gesamte Papierbahn abzulösen.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckluftzufuhr automatisch bei einem Bahnabriß aktiviert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blasluft kurz vor einem Einschwenken der Pickup-Walze (32) aktiviert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Blasluft nach Überführen der Papierbahn in die Trockenpartie deaktiviert wird.
