Claims (9)
- Escalier modulaire et modulable comportant des éléments préfabriqués dont des marches (5, 16), ledit escalier présentant, sur au moins l'un de ses côtés, un élément raidisseur (1) auquel sont reliées des pièces verticales (3B, 4A, 4A1),les unes(3B) présentant chacune, en partie basse, une seule fente (9a)dans laquelle s'encastre une traverse(7,7a),les autres 4(A, 4A1) présentant chacune, en partie basse, exactement deux fentes (9a, 9b), l'une supérieure (9a) et l'autre inférieure (9b), dans chacune desquelles s'encastre une traverse (7, 7a),chacune des dites traverses (7, 7a) soutenant une desdites marches (5, 16) et reliant au moins deux pièces verticales (3B, 4A, 4A1),à la partie inférieure de chaque traverse (7, 7a) coopérant avec la fente (9a, 9b) est intégré un talon ou ajoutée une cale (6) permettant le réglage de la hauteur de marche.
- Escalier modulaire et modulable selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait
que la traverse (7, 7a) peut coulisser dans la fente (9a, 9b) pour régler le giron de la marche (5, 16). - Escalier selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait
que la dite fente supérieure (9a) et ladite fente inférieure (9b) sont de hauteurs différentes. - Escalier modulaire et modulable selon la revendication 3 caractérisé par le fait
que la fente supérieure (9a) est plus haute que la fente inférieure (9b). - Escalier modulaire et modulable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4 caractérisé par le fait
que dans chaque marche (5, 16) est aménagé un trou (9, 15) dont la dimension dans le sens du giron est supérieure à celle des pièces verticales (3B, 4A, 4A1) qui la traverse. - Escalier modulaire et modulable selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait
qu'il présente, par marche (5, 16), un module périphérique (12, 12A) comportant un trou (9c) pour coulisser relativement à la pièce verticale (3B, 4A, 4A1) et venir se poser sur la marche (5, 16) pour contribuer à son immobilisation. - Escalier modulaire et modulable selon la revendication 6, caractérisé par le fait
que la géométrie des modules périphériques (12, 12A) permet de masquer les trous (9, 15) des marches (5, 16). - Escalier modulaire et modulable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7 caractérisé par le fait
qu'au moins une marche (5, 16) comprend une face supérieure partiellement ou totalement antidérapante. - Escalier modulaire et modulable selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé par le fait
que le fond de marche présente un relief servant de butée.
