The present invention as defined by the combination of features of claim 1, tending to provide improvements to patent application FR-A-2 691 489, are differentiates from this prior technique by its possibility adjusting the heights of steps and or its lap and or the width of each step, which makes this staircase versatile and able to be installed in spaces with volumes dissimilar.

Thus the installation of the staircase can form constant step heights.

Most known industrial stairs require a staircase base that can be cut vertically, compared to the vertical spacings of other steps, presents a disparity in height penalizing the cadence of rise or fall of the user. This base makes the uncomfortable and dangerous structure due to this height disparity.

Unlike the present invention, the different configurations described as well as the type of manufacture of these do not allow nor an adjustment of the geometry of a type of elements of the prefabricated staircase, nor a choice of position and orientation of some of the elements of the staircase between them to achieve a possible in situ height adjustment and the belly of the stairs, while the present invention allows it all.

According to a particular embodiment, the present invention is a staircase installed between two floors as illustrated in figure 1.

In this figure we see a stiffening element 1 connected to vertical part 3B acting as low poles and to the high post 3E, as well as vertical pieces 4A, 4A1 passing through peripheral modules 12 and connected to sleepers 7, 7a having a heel or wedge 6, which support steps 5, 16.

There are three types of vertical pieces 4A, 4A1, 3B fixed to stiffener 1, possibly of section rectangular with rounded edges.

The bottom of the vertical pieces 4A, 4A1 is pierced with two vertical slots 9a, 9b superimposed of different heights.

The vertical part 3B is pierced in its part bottom of a slot 9a high.

The vertical part 4A1 is different from the part vertical 4A by its slightly longer length.

The distance between the slots 9a and 9b being identical on one and on the other vertical pieces whose height is different.

At each slot 9a and 9b are provided, perpendicular to their axes, superimposed holes 14 and placed so as to allow the passage of the organs of fixing, possibly pins 8.

The particular shape of sleepers 7a or sleepers 7 equipped with shims 6, allows to adjust the tread and the height of steps.

The crosspieces 7a, 7 fit into the slot upper 9a of the vertical pieces 4A, 4A1 or in the slot lower 9b of the vertical part 3B, as illustrated in figure 2.

The lower part of said sleepers 7a has a heel, protruding part, or a wedge 6 which rests on the lower part of the slot 9a of each of the parts vertical.

Les fentes 9b prennent appui chacune sur la partie supérieure de chaque traverse 7, 7a.The slots 9b each bear on the part upper of each crosspiece 7, 7a.

As shown in Figure 1 and 3, steps 5, 16 are drilled at each of their ends with holes 9, 15, possibly rectangular with rounded angles, allowing the passage of the vertical parts 3B, 4A, 4A1 which pierce leaving free access to the slots 9a, 9b.

Said slots are possibly shaped rectangular with rounded corners.

The lowest part of the crosspiece 7, 7a is intended to be introduced into the slot 9b as in figures 1 and 2.

In each step 5, 16 are arranged holes 9 or 15 whose dimension in the direction of the lap is greater than the dimension, in the same direction, of the vertical pieces 4A, 4A1 passing through holes 9, or 3B passing through holes 15.

This provision, combined with the possibility of making sliding the crosspieces 7, 7a in the slots 9a, 9b, allows the adjustment of the vertical parts 4A, 4A1, 3B relative to the steps 5, 16, at sleepers 7, 7a and at holds 6.

This makes it possible, among other things, to adjust the lap steps.

It is possible to modify the horizontal space between the vertical pieces 4A, 4A1 of each of the steps.

Des modules périphériques 12, 12A, comportant un trou 9c dans lequel passent des pièces verticales 4A, 4A1, 3B coulissent et viennent se poser sur chacune des marches 5, 16 qu'ils contribuent à immobiliser avec le concours d'organes de fixation traversant les marches 5, 16.Peripheral modules 12, 12A, comprising a hole 9c through which pass vertical pieces 4A, 4A1, 3B slide and come to rest on each of the steps 5, 16 that they help to immobilize with the help of organs fastening through the steps 5, 16.

The geometry of these peripheral modules allows hide the holes 9, 15 of the steps.

At least one step of the present invention comprises on its upper side, a system which makes it partially or completely non-slip.

The bottom of the step has a relief serving as a stop to prevent the foot from going further.

Other modes of execution of this staircase including the line stride may have broken curves and / or lines are possible according to the present invention.
