Dazu wird die Verfahrbarkeit des Supportes mit der daran aufgenommenen Sägevorrichtung in Richtung der X-Achse der Maschine genutzt, entsprechend wird die Ebene des Sägeblattes der Sägevorrichtung auf die X-Richtung ausgerichtet. Auf diesen Führungen 25 können die Träger 12 in ihrer Querrichtung verschoben und in ihrem Abstand voneinander verringert werden, womit die gesamte Auflagervorrichtung 11 platzsparend beiseite gerückt werden kann. Anders als in der Zeichnung dargestellt, kann in besonders vorteilhafter Weise die dem Spanntisch 1 benachbarte Führung 25 mit auf dem Bett 5 der Maschine angeordnet sein. Aus der aufrechten Lage heraus ist die Plattenschwenkvorrichtung 26 um einen Winkel von annähernd 90° so verschwenkbar, daß die aufgenommene großformatige Platte 14 in die horizontalliegende Auflagerebene der Auflagervorrichtung 11 überführt werden kann. In Verlängerung der Y-Richtung der Werkzeugmaschine gesehen, ist die Plattenschwenkvorrichtung 26 entweder rechts oder links der Auflagervorrichtung 11 angeordnet, zweckmäßig sitzt sie an dem jeweils außenliegenden Träger 12 der Auflagervorrichtung 11, wobei in Fig. 3 lediglich dieser außenliegende Träger 12 von der Auflagervorrichtung 11 dargestellt ist.The large-format plates 14 to be divided can - depending on how they are transported to the support device 11 - have an upright position. Claims (14)

  1. Machine tool for the stock-removal all-round machining of panels (14) of wood or wood substitute materials, such as panels for furniture or internal structures, with an elongated rectangular clamping table (1) and at least one radial arm support (7) which is movable behind same in the longitudinal direction thereof, the x-axis, with a support (8) movable above the clamping table (1) in the transverse direction thereof, the y-axis, and intended to hold the machining assemblies or tools, as well as a sawing device (10) with a circular saw blade which can be set up at least on a cutting line (19) which runs in the direction of the x-axis,
    characterised in that
    in the extension of the y-axis in front of the clamping table (1) there is a supporting device (11) provided on the same level and which is the same length or shorter parallel to the x-axis but wider than the clamping table (1) in the direction of the y-axis and on which a large-format panel (14) is to be mounted whose extension in the direction of the y-axis is greater than that of the clamping table (1) and which for separating off a section (16) along a cutting line (19) running in the direction of the x-axis can be moved over to the clamping table (1) and after the separating cut can be returned as a residual panel to the supporting device (11), that the supporting device (11) is equipped with rolling bodies or sliding devices (13) on the top side and that on the side remote from the supporting device (11) above the clamping table (1) there is a stop device (21) which can be adjusted in the direction of the y-axis for the panel (14) which is transferred to the clamping table (1), whereby this stop device (21) is mounted vertically adjustable on the support (8) movable in the direction of the y-axis.
  2. Machine tool according to claim 1,
    characterised in that
    the clamping table (1) has cross beams (2) adjustable in the direction of the x-axis and suction tensioners (3) displaceable thereon in the direction of the y-axis, which can be positioned either side of the cutting line (19) both underneath the panel section (16) which is to be cut off and also underneath the adjoining section of the residual panel (14).
  3. Machine tool according to claims 1 or 2,
    characterised in that
    the stop device (21) on the y-support (8) consists of two vertically movable stop bolts (20).
  4. Machine tool according to one of claims 2 or 3,
    characterised in that
    a follower device for adjusting the cross beams (8) of the clamping table (1) is mounted on the support (6).
  5. Machine tool according to claim 4,
    characterised in that
    the stop device (21) at the same time forms the follower device and correspondingly the vertically movable stop bolts (20) are followers which can be brought into engagement with the cross beams (2) of the clamping table (1).
  6. Machine tool according to one of claims 1 to 5,
    characterised in that
    an x-stop (27) which can be lowered from the support bearing plane is mounted on the clamping table (1).
  7. Machine tool according to one of claims 1 to 6,

  8. Machine tool according to one of claims 1 to 7,
    characterised in that
    a feed unit which moves the large-format panel (14) is mounted on the supporting device (11).
  9. Machine tool according to one of claims 1 to 8,
    characterised in that
    the rolling bodies (13) or slide devices of the supporting device (11) are mounted on supports (12) and are movable out from the region in front of the clamping table (1).
  10. Machine tool according to claim 9,
    characterised in that
    the supports (12) of the supporting device (11) are arranged parallel to the y-direction and are movable parallel to the x-direction.
  11. Machine tool according to claim 10,
    characterised in that
    the support (12) is mounted on guides (25) which extend in the x-direction and of which the guide adjacent the clamping table (1) is located on the machine bed (5).
  12. Machine tool according to one of claims 1 to 11,
    characterised in that
    on the supporting device (11) on at least one side is a plate swivel device (26) for moving the large format panel (14) from an upright position over into the support bearing plane of the supporting device (11).
  13. Machine tool according to claim 12,
    characterised in that
    the plate swivel device (26) is mounted on the outside on at least one of the two outer supports (12) of the supporting device (11) parallel to the x-direction.
  14. Machine tool according to one of claims 1 to 13,
    characterised in that
    on the support (6) is a work spindle (9) which has a tool socket equipped with a rotary and swivel drive and in which the sawing device (10) can be housed.
