Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for entering a Weft in a row shed loom according to the The preamble of claim 1.
- the invention further relates a row shed weaving machine for entering a Weft thread according to the preamble of claim 6.
- a row shed weaving machine for simultaneous entry a plurality of weft threads in a compartment-forming Web rotor is known from EP 0 433 216 B1.
- the well-known roller-shaped weaving rotor is with compartment-forming Organs, which the warp threads into one High-level location or in a low-level location bring so that a shed arises, through which a Weft thread can be inserted using air.
- At the The surface of the weaving rotor is a plurality of each such web subjects opened, so that at the same time a weft thread can be inserted in each opened shed.
- This known row shed weaving machine has the disadvantage that their weft insertion performance is limited.
- the Entry performance is particularly limited by the maximum number of web compartments open at the same time the time required for reading in the warp threads in the specialist bodies and the maximum permissible Weft insertion speed due to, for example, the Strength of a weft thread to be woven.
- EP 0 582 763 A1 describes a series shed weaving machine known for multi-lane weaving. The weft will entered over the entire length of the weaving rotor. This series shed weaving machine also has a limited number Weft insertion performance, in particular due to the maximum permissible weft insertion speed.
- EP 0 258 887 A2 describes an air-jet weaving machine for parallel creation of two tissues known in the two weft threads are entered separately. This Air weaving machine has a floating reed on what allows a low weft insertion rate.
- the inventive method for creating a Fabric by means of a weaving rotor Row shed weaving machine is carried out in such a way that the weaving rotor has at least two spaced apart webs be arranged, and that at least two of the looms with separate, each fed only one web Wefts are loaded.
- Two Weft feeder devices can, for example, in the Area of the two end faces of the weaving rotor arranged so that the weft threads start from these Areas on both sides towards the center of the weaving rotor be entered moving.
- the two can continue Weft feeders between the weft feed two spaced weaving webs to the weaving rotor, whereby the weft threads are in the opposite direction moved into one of the two webs become.
- the weft threads can also look the same Moving direction can be entered by one Weft feed device the weft on one Line surface feeds the weaving rotor and a second Weft feed device between the weft feeds two spaced webs to the weaving rotor.
- the Row shed weaving machines can also have a weaving rotor with more have as two spaced webs. Can continue the series shed weaving machine also more than two Have weft feed devices.
- Such a method or device has the advantage that the web performance of Row shed weaving machine with constant speed of the web rotor double or multiply leaves.
- FIG. 1a shows a front view of a Row shed weaving machine 1 with a weaving rotor 6, which with compartment-forming elements 17a according to Fig.2 has compartment-forming sections 6a, 6b.
- the web rotor 6 has a central shaft with a Center of rotation 6c.
- the two subject-forming sections 6a, 6b are in the direction of rotation center 6c spaced.
- the weaving rotor 6 has on both sides End sections 6e, 6f, which by holding devices lla are supported.
- the end sections 6e, 6f have in addition, in each case one shot transfer device 7a, 7b; 8a, 8b to the supplied weft threads 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d; 3a, 3b, 3c, 3d each to assign an open shed.
- the row shed weaving machine 1 also has one Center support 1b with a central bearing 15 for the Web rotor 6.
- Fig. 1b are over a section of the compartment-forming section 6a warp threads 10a arranged.
- the entirety of these warp threads 10a form a woven web 10.
- the warp threads 10a are, as in FIG. 2, schematic shown, in stock on a warp beam 13a, the Warp beam 13a is supported by a shaft 13b.
- the Warp threads 10a extend from the warp beam 13a a deflecting tree 13c and laying elements 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, and via the shed weaving rotor 6 for Deflecting tree 16b and further to goods tree 18a, which on a shaft 18b is mounted.
- the direction of rotation ⁇ rotating weaving rotor 6 has an axis of rotation 6d, as well a compartment-forming section 6b, which with compartment-forming elements 17a, 17b, 17c, 17d.
- the shed-forming elements bring in the warp threads 10a a high or a low position, so that a shed is formed, through which a weft thread 2a, 3a can be entered.
- a characteristic of Row shed weaving machine is that several in at the same time Shed compartments running in the direction of the center of rotation 6c are open so that a plurality of Weft threads can be inserted into the warp threads 10a.
- the Warp threads 10a loop around a certain angular range of the weaving rotor 6, what is known as a wrap angle ⁇ referred to as.
- the wrap angle ⁇ is in present embodiment chosen so large, that four at the same time in the direction of the center of rotation 6c running web subjects are open.
- the Wrap angle ⁇ and / or the arrangement of the compartment-forming elements 17a, 17b, 17c, 17d can also be chosen so that more or less than a lot result in simultaneously opened compartments.
- the maximum possible wrap angle is particularly limited by yarn properties of the warp threads 10a.
- FIG. 1c Such a weft thread entry is shown again in FIG. 1c shown schematically simplified.
- 1d shows a further possibility of a weft entry according to the invention, in which the Weft threads 2a, 3a running in the same direction are entered, the one Weft insertion device 4a at the end section 6e arranged the weft 2a in the compartment-forming Section 6a of the weaving rotor enters, and the second Weft feed device 5a the weft 3a running between the compartment-forming sections 6a, 6b in the compartment-forming section 6b of the weaving rotor 6 registers.
- 1e shows a further exemplary embodiment of a Weft entry, in which the Weft feeders 4a, 5a between the compartment-forming sections 6a, 6b is arranged, wherein the weft threads 2a, 3a oppose each other in opposite directions Moving towards the end portions 6e, 6f be entered.
- the warp threads 10a run over laying elements 14a, 14b, 14c, 14d, which is moved by a drive 14 in this way be that the warp threads in the shed forming Elements 17a, 17b, 17c, 17d are inserted that they either lie on the subject-forming element and form a high point or between the sides spaced compartment-forming elements 17a, 17b, 17c, 17d are guided and form a low point so that an open shed results.
- each is Row shed weaving machines each have a weaving rotor 6 with two compartment-forming sections 6a, 6b. It is but of course it is also possible to have a weaving rotor with more as two compartment-forming sections 6a, 6b. These compartment-forming sections can be filled with weft threads 2a, 3a are loaded as shown in Figures 1c, 1d, 1e is shown in which the separately entered Weft threads 2a, 3a moving in the opposite direction or be entered moving in the same direction. With more than two compartment-forming sections 6a, 6b, it is also possible, more than two To use weft feeders so that maximum for each subject-forming section 6a, 6b, 6c, 6d weft threads are fed separately.
- the weft threads 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d are advantageously in sync with one through the position entered rotation angle ⁇ of the weaving rotor, where the weft thread tips differ in the compartment-forming sections 6a have penetrated.
- the web rotor 6 are compartment-forming elements 17a arranged such that the trained weaving subjects from side by side compartment-forming sections 6a, 6b straight in Direction of rotation of the center of rotation 6c. Is a Machine as shown in Fig. 1a symmetrically built, so two in the same shed registered weft threads 2a, 2b simultaneously or entered synchronously.
